I am not a Sallu fan but I think it is okay if he minds it.

Don't forget that he is single unlike other actors. So he might think that if guys are calling me "bhai" then girls would also get this idea. 😆

Personally I think there is nothing wrong if he does not like it. It is his choice and people should respect it.
