Yes i also wonder why wait for so long, except maybe he wanted to kill that Ajay first as a start, and he tried his best to bring Ajay in the building😕

that den room had secret chambers but was there another exit to it...how did this Patel escape from there?

Maybe there was an exit, or maybe he just waited for the appropriate time when no1 was there to get out😊

but some super awesome punch dialogs of hotwa spiced it up...
