Komu starts a fight with KV and MV. She and her daughter had earned to eat and live here. Arukani tries to calm her down. KV is adamant that they will not share her wealth with them. Arukani assures that they aren't her for the money but for the care. 😊 Komu says that they aren't prepared to go to the streets. MV says that they are only prepared to pay for Arukani's marriage. ThenMozhi advices the two to think of them as relations and KV pounces. Arukani says that they are able so they can survive out of this house and drags Komu away. 👏 KV and MV plan to keep quiet to get all the wealth to themswelves before his father does something stupid. Annachi and Ranga stand - Thenu, KV & MV shock. 😲 Annachi thinks alone, Ranga joins him. He tells Annachi not to worry. Annachi is shocked that money can make people forget about respecting their relations and elderly. Ammachi has come across many family problems in his service. 😆 The sons keep the mothers as pay-less servants to nurse their child and chase the fathers out. Thenu calls Annachi to eat. Annachi asks who's turn is to provide food for me today? 😭 Thenu is shocked.

Ranga complains to Shakthi about how Annachi is sad about KV and MV's attitude. Ranga is worried about Annachi's health as he refuses to eat properly. Ranga requests Shakthi to come to Annachi's home and persuade him to eat - Ranga says that she will be accepted. 😃 Shakthi refuses as she feels that living there would not be right. Ranga tells her to come not to live there but at least to make Annachi eat. Shakthi says let's see. Arukani is packing her clothes and as Komu comes she tells her that they can't stay here anymore and tells her to leave before Annachi comes. 👏Komu starts crying as all her wish is ruined. Arukani says it is wise to realise our limitations and to move on. 👏 Komu says that she has to withstand all these scoldings so she could safely marry Arukani off. Arukani says that staying here would not mean her getting married but her dying. Komu slaps her 😲 and says that she hasn't suffered all her life to see Arukani die. Komu says that they will lose any respect if they go out - Arukani says let's go somewhere where we will be respected, Shakthi's house. 😃

Thoduram

Sugunti comes to KV to say that they have planned to move to the city so their children can get a better education. Thenu tries to stop her as keeping the family united is the biggest gift they can give to the elders. Sugunti continues to force the point across. Thenu tells her to move once all the problems have been solved; JV & Uthra returning, KV's money returning & after she has delivered her baby.

Pottu phones KV to let him know that RD is in his brother DP's warehouse. She tells him to not tell the police as it will give time for RD to escape. KV tells Thenu to not tell anyone else who tries to stop him but fails. Pottu and PM are happy. PM says that RD will die before sunrise. PM tells her to phone the police and tell them as per planned. They rejoice
