Ra.One is the 10th highest grossing Bollywood movie worldwide. When it released in 2011, it was the third highest grossing Bollywood movie of that year.

I don't understand by what standards can it be called a flop. Clearly it is just a false perception. Shahrukh still refers to it as not doing well because of the way it was responded to both by the audience and the critics. But commercially, it did exceptionally well.

And like the others have mentioned, the script turned out to be the sour point. Technically and VFX wise, it was the most advanced Bollywood film to be made.

the VFX of RA.ONE was supervised through a foreigner. VFX supervisor of X-men did the VFX.

KKRISH 3 is the film where the full VFX done in India.

huh ! when did anyone care about the VFX anyways...its only now that life of PI won an oscar indians started thinking they rule the world of VFX...🤢🤢🤢

why didn't people comment when shaktimaan and captain vyom came on air. they had pathetic VFX compared to west as well...but that time noone objected 🤔

the content needs to be good...the masses ( rickshawalas, barbers) won't care about VFX. India doesn't have the resources to produce it and we have to face it. it will take a lot of time for us to expert in this department.
