Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Madhu has got the definition of karvachauth just right -

-- Shoot daggers at your husband from your eyes the whole day.

-- Tell him off rudely when he shows concern for you.

-- Abscond from the shooting without telling anybody and hope to get back in two hours in Mumbai traffic on a festival day. Never mind that there could be a loss of lakhs of rupees if you are not able to get back in time. And of course how much time does the make-up and hair-styling of a heroine take anyway?

And then there is our superstar. Either mollycoddle your wife to the point of spoiling her rotten or humiliate her in front of a crowd. Ever heard of a middle path Mr. Kundra? All my sympathies were with you till you once again decided to make public spectacle of your marital problems.

The best part of the episode was the affection in Kukkuji's eyes for Radhaji and Sikki's wink to Deepali. And then they gave an namoona of their love for their wives by blessing them with 'sada suhaagan raho' 🤔

Today's episode ranged from being ridiculous to hysterically funny to outright outrageous all in the space of 20 odd minutes. Lets see.

The mahaan bahu cum saviour of her patidev, is doing a swell job of fasting for her husband amidst opposition from her husband, spitting out food and oh and most importantly glaring at him and telling him off royally. How can the husband be far behind, he showers concern on his starving wife by deciding that her fast is broken by the one bite of food she may or may not have taken and orders a double shift.👏 Does it end there, no the brilliant Roma has to suggest Madhu to fool her husband further by sneaking away for Pooja to home in between shots. Ridiculous covered.

Now shift to RK Mansion. Some foreign bank manager/ bahu is everpresent at the pooja, to be used by Pabbo n gang to rub further salt on Rji's imagined wounds. 😆But aadarsh Bahu arrives just in nick of time all decked up in shocking pink to fulfill her duties(Might I further add that I knew very little of KC and stuff, but pretty sure the main purpose there is not to arrive in full get up to make an appearance in front of neighbors n friends. Aren't there paat and all to be done) However this pleases the pendulum Saas Rji sufficiently and absence of RK keeps Pabbo/Dips happy too. On the other side of the town, RK is giving shot as Karan in a Kurta and Punjabi Salwar. I did a double take here, what happened to the jackets and cool t-shirts Mr. Karan.?Chucked it in honour of the occasion I see!😆Hysterically funny covered.

Now a one moment repentant RK, the next moment fuming one on discovering Madhu MIA, runs homeward, where Madhu is delivering a monologue on her KC wishes to a suitably interested Roma. Every girls dream to do the pooja, see the moon and turn around to see your(I admit gorgeous)husband advancing with murderous rage on his wife, through the channi of course. And he proceeds to insult his wife and accuses her of being a two faced hypocrite in front of the gathering. How nice the Chawl waasis get a break and Rji's guests are being entertained in free now. Well well Mr RK according to your understanding, she might have broken the fast already, but still was that a way to behave. To anyone it would sound Madhu set up the scene so she could eat, instead of being bulldozed into doing it by him. Telling the truth or not, justified or not, all I can say is cheap shot, Mr. RK cheap shot at ur own biwi! Outrageous covered.

I'm pretty sure, KC fast gets broken or not, Mr RK is surely headed for Munna Patil quarters for the night. He's going to have to pay big time for this colossal mistake.

So thanks to TRPs, we don't have AB, KB in mute, Pabho in the background. Why do we need anybody else, our crazy couple is enough for each other. They can make each others life as difficult as it can be for both of them.

i thought we would have a romantic KC like last time, RK would arrive and break her fast😳. But yahan pe ulta hota hai...things are spiraling out of control.

I liked RK-Madhu heated conversation in the make up room. Madhu pukes out the food she'd stuffed in her mouth. RK is concerned for her, but Madhu is angry, and refuses to acknowledge his concern. She wants to leave for the pooja. but RK is now fuming, he declares a double shift.
Roma's plan: devises a plan whereby Madhu can go home and do the pooja, return in time for her scenes. Roma manipulates RK into thinking Madhu has costume issues, and he decides to shoot his scenes first.
Pabho and Co are trying to provoke Rji into believing Madhu will not come for the pooja. But Madhu arrives, and she starts the pooja.
RK's anger abates, and he goes to apologise to Madhu, realises she's missing. He loses it ...danger ahead.🤢
Madhu finishes the pooja, & despite being pushed by Roma, hangs around thinking about KC...wasting time. RK comes in furious, and yells at her. Not only that, he tells everybody that Madhu has broken the vrat by eating for a scene. Madhu is shocked.

Right Kameena, right kameena..ok, we've got him in the avtar that we wanted. Problem is we want the right degree of kameenapanti, not too much, and this was too much. As is his habit these days, there's no foresight, when he gets Madhu into trouble. She's his heroine and his wife...double role, and for Madhu..this is a wake up call she has to take this movie seriously. She is also being very mule headed, and childish to an extreme.

Well, they deserve each other. I like the drama building up. Though the turnaround in both RK and Madhu seemed contrived. My worry, VD has promised action, romance and drama...drama ho gaya, action is happening, but romance, how is i ever possible?? That abshaguni pillow wall I tell you😡

Enjoyed the episode. That doesn't mean that I thought it was particularly rational. So today both RK and Madhu were unreasonable in their own way. Madhu by continuing her "I will keep my vrat for you, my beloved, but that doesn't mean I have to be nice to you, you string pulling jackass", and RK, by understanding Madhu's dilemma, but doing nothing to make things easier for her. Tough-love strategy, I guess.

Madhu spitting the food out. Cute how RK was banging on the door, checking in on Madhu. Madhu is furious with RK, and doesn't want to listen to him. RK retaliates, pulls rank, and tells her that he's called for a double shift.
Madhu plots to do both. Half the puja at home, and then romantic breaking the fast at the studio. Studio-wala KC last year is very much on her mind. 😳
Back at RK Mansion, Pabbho is rubbing it in - Madhu isn't there, other women bahus are there etc. Radhaji is upset (why? You denied Madhu her sargi, and now you're looking all bent out of shape?)😡
Sikky was funny - he has no faith in Dips ability to stay away from food, so he is keeping a vrat to ensure his own longevity! 🤣
Madhu arrives, looking lovely, all set to do the puja. Radhaji smiles, but then puts on her stern face. Make up your mind woman, what you feel about this entire thing. Unless all this posturing is all part of her Machiavellian plan (this is a family of scheming women, seems like) to bring Madhu back in line.
Nice that Madhu gets to participate in KC. She really derives pleasure from these things.
In the meantime, her clueless husband is mooning over her photo, and decides to go apologize to her. Oops. Too late. The pigeon has flown the coop.
An infuriated RK shows up at home, and yells at Madhu (nice job my man. yell at your wife, no holds barred. Onlookers be damned.) Although the man is justified in being angry - Madhu leaving the shoot without letting anyone know was pretty irresponsible.
Whoa! RK lets it out - Madhu has not kept her fast. Madhu is stunned. Actually, I thought it was totally uncool - even if she had genuinely eaten, what was the need to publicize things?

Am assuming they didn't feel the need for a precap after that whopper that RK delivered.

Side note:

Sikky and Kukuji were cute in their own way today. Loved SIkky's "sada suhaagan raho"🤣
Liked Roma's supportive role today
I get the feeling that CVs are going down this path to bring back some of the "Right Kameena" vs "Jungli Billi" chemistry filled-skirmishes.

Watched the last two episodes today..also todays episode..

May be my view is contradicting to all the others here..I am liking the episodes..

madhu standing up..she is growing confident and brave day by day than just crying..and RK behaving just like a right kameena..I love rishbala fights..❤️

I am bored of coochy coo moments,RK drinking and madhu pampering him Finally the story is somewhat spiced up and I am happy madhu is in a positive state if mind and brave..Pabho and dipali plans seemed to fail also in future..madhu will surely fight them

Todays episode..Liked rishbala's convos and madhu's attitude i loved her today..👏

RK humiliated her in a rage..we have seen him doing this all the time..even the last year karwachauth was the same way..but but we cant jump to conclusions before the episode is even aired..and there is not even a precap..may be tomorrows situation may be different 😳

Common guys lets enjoy the episodes..😊

Nautanki filled KC 👏 but I enjoyed every moment of it...

the right recipe for disaster !

Madhu , inspite of knowing that her husband cares two hoots for the festival, he's annoyed with her keeping the fast, with her not giving the precedence to her work, continues to act stubborn, lie to him & leave the set ! and then she has only one excuse " i can handle it all" ! and then she's planning to go back to the studio with channi & paani so that RK breaks her fast lovingly , as he did last time...I'm sure he must be very bad at explaining the situation to her or she's so dense that she refuses to analyze it...on the top of it, she's fighting with him and why? ghar jaakar pooja karni hai !

Instead of lying, fighting, spoiling ur mood, basically, narazgi & ladai in installments, do it once & cancel the shoot...Madhu cud have refused to shoot or thought of some way to cancel the shift or convince RK otherwise..phir baat bhi nahi karni, vrat bhi karna hai, shooting bhi, ladai bhi, jhoot bhi bolna hai , vrat kholna bhi RK ne hai , pooja bhi pati ke saath karni hai...I cud see how happy she was in her cocooned world, happy to please Radha & her friends...😆

Radha...I was thinking abt her today & my chain of thought was right...She has built an ideal bahu image of Madhu in front of Pabo and now, Madhu is letting her down, hence this golgappa as a return gift ! how can she be far behind in acting egoistic?

whenever they have to fight, 4 logon ko bula lete hain pados se 🤣 filmi families ! ladai dekhne ka maza nahi aata jab tak headlines na bane..

RK..Sounds, i'm fine with this much kameenapanti, i can handle much more..😆 remember , after the unwedding shock, i'm immune to his kameenapanti...what else can he do? the only one thing that he's asked frm Madhu is ke mere liye koi pooja vrat na karo but both r stubborn to the extreme level...

he's going overboard with this heroine & film jaap...agreed, Madhu is making it tough for him...this is their job, they are actors, but they have their personal life too which may be secondary but it exists ! and then, he cannot ignore Madhu's wishes completely...

Precap..good strategy...the climax of KC !! next week can we have KC Part 2 like we had last yr 😔
