Ranveer singh would hav been a better choice than Sushant in SDR?

Today i saw Shudd desi romance. Parineeti nailed it . Sushant was also fine ,but could have been better. In some scenes Raghu ram reminds me of Bittu Sharma of BBB. So i feel Ranveer Singh would have been a better choice for that character . He would have done it much better than Sushant.

Sushant was uneven in SDR.He tried a bittu Sharma but failed.Pari saved the film.

I guess if there were glimpses of Bittu in Raghu then it was because of Yash Raj...
Just because there were glimpses we cant say that Ranveer could have done a better job...

Frankly lately Yash Raj films have not been good...

I did not like SDR...but both Sushant and Parineeti have done a good job...

I can say he would have rocked.

Ah well i thought Sushant did a good job in SDR..He was brilliant in KPC so i sorta understand why he din get unanimous appreciation for this performance of his..People expected more i guess😆 On that note, Raghu is a complex character who annoys the hell outta you on a lot of occasions..So its really difficult to root for him..On the other hand, Pari's character was a lot more likeable and i firmly believe that Pari has the best screen presence among the younger lot..She just lights up the screen..No wonder people liked her more than Sushant in SDR..But i do think SSR did a good job as Raghu..Even if an actor as good as Irrfan Khan had played Raghu, he would have still remained this confused ass😆 Its easier to fall for Ishan or root for him.,.Raghu not so much..Thats one reason why there are such diverse reactions😆

atleast sushant got it a clear hit. he is far beeter than the chumpoo..reason that he has some innocence on his face unlike the BHIKARI..

Personally think Bittu was better than Raghu but Raghu was good as well

sushant Killed the movie he was so YUck overacted and stupid in the movie that i started to hating him again,,

Frankly the biggest reason the film came to be noticed and spoken about right from the trailers and first teasers was the chemistry between Sushant and Pari. It made people look forward to the movie. Later Gulabi song showed he had good chemistry with Vani as well.
Raghu was a very confused character with a lot of flaws yet Sushant made him endearing bcos of the way he played him. It was his charm which made the character adorable. There is a very small scene where he shouts irritatedly at the bus conductor, then sees that Tara has given her phone number on a note, he becomes happy like a child, calls the conductor back and says sorry with a wide smile. That scene is enough to explain how he nailed Raghu's role. You couldn't hate the character even if you pulled your hair out at his actions, thanks to the adorable way he played it. Another good scene is the whole 'pehle meri god mein baitho' sequence.
