After the photographer, one more character is being impersonated by a surgically-altered double. It's anybody's guess which one it is- maybe the same casualty in the boot of the DZire that JSR was driving to ATU. It may be someone in the hospital- who informed Yakub about Jhanvi being alive there.

couldnt understand the bold part..apart from that...yeah that Ajinkya (Abhay) is the one related to Yakub...but he need not be surgically altered coz as it is he Trisha has never seen Abhay before..so its easy to fool her!!

Abhay who claims to be Jhanvi's dad may not be who he says he is. In the initial promos I had seen that even Trisha is kidnapped. and yesterday they clearly showed he is taking out the life support mask.
