I understand she hates Jalal and that he has done things that were not all so great. I get that. I mean it is really hard to like someone who has done so much to you, but in the past few days Jalal has done anything but hurt her. In fact he has gone out of his way multiple times to fulfill every single legitimate or illegitimate wish of hers. Whether that be promising to not fight with Mahrana Pratap or be it by putting his head in the feet of the goddess Jodha believes in to setting up a matrimony between her sister and another prince to saving her life countless times as well as pleasing parents and being a dutiful son-in-law. The list can go on forever. He has been super nice to her. He has always fulfilled every wish of hers even if he was angry with her, hated her or what not. He has every single time done as she wished. He has never refused to give her anything she wanted; then why is it that she cannot see the good in him? I just don't get it? What she heard about Jalal was from outside sources. She has seen him as a normal loving human being multiple times, yet, why cannot she see the good in him? To frankly honest it is super frustrating to see that Jodha will not move her stance even one bit about Jalal even though she knows he is not as she made him out to be or as others have made out to be.
On the other side, Jalal has many reasons to hate Jodha, yet he doesn't. She has put his life in danger by trying to "save" other "innocent" animals, she has been rude to him god knows how many times and the last but not least of her offenses, the utterly most ridiculous thing is that she told the man that she promised God that she would behead him and bring his head and put in her feet. Now when you tell someone that, I think that is reason enough to be super angry with you and hate you for the rest of their life, but Jalal doesn't hate her instead he fulfilled her wish. He did not have to do anything. He could have blasted Jodha and told her countless things and left in a huff, but did he? Nope, he put his aside his pride, his ego and just about everything and went and put his head in the feet of the goddess. I thought that would help to soften Jodha just a little. But she was unaffected. She literally just looked him as if he had some sort of hidden motive and asked him "why is it she should not hate him?" If a man I hated, did that for me I would be amazed. I would respect that person and wonder to myself, is this person really worth hating? I mean after everything that Jalal has done I would wonder to myself every single day whether the man that I am married to is actually worth my hatred and every single day I would come up with the answer "No"!
I am truly disappointed with the CV's for portraying Jodha the way they are. I was under the assumption that Jalal was the one who didn't possess a heart. I didn't know that it in fact, it was Jodha that didn't have a heart because from where I stand I feel as if the Jalal has the most open and welcoming heart. He has a lot of love to give to each and every person, but Jodha has only hatred to spew. What do you guys think? I am so sorry for the rant but I am really disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I love this show more than any show I have watched but I am really just disappointed with Jodha and they way she is treating Jalal. He has been anything but rude to her. Yes, he taunts her here and there but you've got to be an idiot if you think he is doing that to "evil" or "vicious"! Even I were to hate someone I would still have a sense of humor as well as I don't know, common sense to know when someone was actually insulting me and when someone was actually flirting with me.
Anyways, I hope I haven't offended anyone. I really love Jodha's character but I am just a bit annoyed.
