Episode starts with Shobha asking Aarti whether she loves Yash or not. Aarti remembers what Yash had said that love only happens once and Arpita's memories are enough for him and then she says, I told you before too and telling you again, there is only respect between me and Yash, not love.' Shobha asks then what was it that you did today. why did you go to shradh with yash. That is not for kids. What made you go there? Let me tell you why you went. You want to see Yash happy and you have accepted that his happiness are with Arpita.' and then she says, why you're lying to yourself. This can only be love'. Aarti still refuses that she doesn't love him and there is no chance of love between them. They just respect each other and that's why they are together. Prateik comes in and says Yash has got fever and Aarti runs to kids room where Yash is. After Aarti leaves, shobha says , if this is not love then what is it. It's just Aarti is not realizing it.
Aarti comes to kids room and checks whether Yash has fever or not. Right then Yash wakes up and then she says, let me get medicine for you'. But Yash says he can't medicine because of vrat' (fast). Aarti says you have that high fever, you need to take medicine but yash says he's fine.
Seeing Yash coughing badly, Aarti pats him on his back and asks him to rest. She brings tulsi's water (something like that) and says him this will help you but Yash refuses and then Aarti goes and tells her sasuma that Yash is so sick and is not taking any medicine. Her sasuma says balm will help him and when her sasuma and Aarti are leaving.. Yash's father stops them and says Aarti will apply the balm, you don' need to go. After Aarti leaves, Yash's father says, if you don't give any chance then they will never come close.
Now Aarti goes to Yash room with balm. Yash says he don't need balm. But kids come and tell him to have balm. Yash still refuses but Aarti applies balm forcefully and says to Yash, when you wake up in morning, all your fever would be gone.' Prateik, Vidhi, and Shobha see that and they are happy and they say this is love only. Prateik says he said to Aarti only because he knew Aarti would go and take care of Yash and that way they will get closer. Shobaji says she is happy to see Prateik and Vidhi thinking this much for Aarti. Prateik says not to worry, they will definitely make Aarti realize her love. And then Shobha leaves.
While Yash is sleeping, Aarti takes care of him whole night.
In morning, Yash's mum checks whether he still has fever or no and tells him if it's necessary to go outside. He says don't worry and right then Aarti comes and says, why shouldn't she be worrying'. And says not to go to job today. Then she tells yash's mum to say him and his mum says him no need to go anywhere. Yash's mum leaves asking Aarti to give him breakfast.
Yash says he doesn't eat daliya'. Aarti calls kids and say them to tell Yash that daliya' is good. Yash explains kids he doesn't like it but then Yash says, if you don't listen us now, then we won't listen to you either when we get sick'. Then Yash eats it. Prateik and Vidhi are happy seeing that and Prateik says, Aarti loves Yash so much but she still refuses. She just doesn't want to accept.
