I liked the episode today for Vichu's advise to Susan. Susan is stooping to a record low to attain her selfish means. A matured lady with years of experience in the corporate world and with a failed love and marriage should be in a better position to handle the KR love matter. she would have faced failures in her work before too. However, she is behaving childish and by thrusting too many responsibilities on R, she is trying to not only spoil her image but also trying ti risk company's interests. Since Vichu knows abt SRK matters very clearly, if something goes wrong, he is gonna blame Susan for entrusting too much responsibilities on R and risking company's interests. So it is S who is digging her own grave!

I agree that S is being selfish and trying to change R to a different team and it is very clear even to vichu that S's decision is purely personal. Is it just 3 (or max 6 months) months that K and R met?? I understand that KR and everybody didn't like R changing team because it was a purely selfish decision by S. But is it always possible that R and K sit beside each other their whole life in the same company?? When the project changes, most likely the teams get reshuffled and team members change too. It is not a govt office!! So even otherwise, when this project changes, R or K may be transferred to different teams. R crying over this and telling S she doesn't want to change teams is like a school girl telling her teacher she doesn't want to change sections because she will be missing her friends!! Also, although S has entrusted too much work on R, it is a wonderful opportunity for R to prove that she can do it and come out successfully. I know it is kind of scary for a girl like her, but something goes wrong, at the most she is just risking her job, while the company is risking its business and so S is also putting her job at stake. Also Raji crying for everything now seems so annoying that I feel like slapping her! I have observed that most village girls are more stronger emotionally and deal with people in a better way! At one point or the other, even young trainees are asked to do demos or presentations to the mgmt. Also, she can always search for the company directory to find who Raja or Guja is knowing very well S is trying to spoil R's image! Or she can ask Lakshmi for help. I believe Vichu asked R to prepare a presentation earlier and this experience should come in handy now. I'm sure Raji will do her best and Vichu may be very impressed with her work. He may even scold S for this.

I'm liking the challenge Susan threw on Raji, hope Raji is careful and does a good job with this project.
