Scene: It is a bright sunny morning in La La La land, marking a very special day. At the party venue, we see Carl entering with Balloons.
Carl: (struggling to open the door with all the balloons and bags of decorations in his hands - he finally manages to enter and is shocked to see the entire party hall empty) Oh no, where is everyone? 😕 they should have been here by now, we have so much work to do for this evening's party. O dear o dear, seems like I will have to get started on the decorations without the others. I just hope I don't fall and break my already sore back.
Carl gets engrossed in putting the party decorations up, when Russell arrives with bags full of food.
Russell: (Putting the bags of food on a table and walking up to Carl who is busy putting up the Happy Birthday Banner) Need a hand Carl? (Carl signals no, but Russell helps him considering he was struggling) Cool banner, she's going to love it... but who are these hot chicks on the banner? 😉 I never seen them before?
Carl: They are her favourite actresses, one is Shilpa Anand, the other Katrina Kaif and finally Sushmita Sen, now before you ask I don't know who is who. 😆
Russell: Oh, well they are beautiful. I wouldn't mind going on a date with all of them (Carl sniggers and Russell decides its time to change the topic) oh erm, where is everyone else?
Carl: No idea, everyone was meant to be here by now, we have so much to do. The decorations are nearly done, but the food, music and disco lights all need to be organised.
Russell: Hmmm well I bought the food along, so no need to worry about that. We have plenty of time till evening everything will be sorted don't worry.
Carl gets back to the decorations and Russell starts to lay out the tables and putting out the party food which includes cup cakes, sweets, drinks, donuts etc. Just as he is putting the warm food in the kitchen, Jasmine, Rajah and Po arrive with the music and disco lights.
Jasmine: Hello guys...(looking rather pleased with the "nearly finished" party hall)Carl u did an excellent job with the decorations - it looks lovely. (Carl lets out a weak smile) hmmm now I got the music, she's a huge fan of Indian music, so I bought along some music CDs of her favourite songs.
Po: oh wow, which ones you got...? (Po sets up the disco lights, while Jasmine and Rajah set up the music system and play the first CD...)
Everyone helps one another with the last minute preparations while Kurbaan Hua song plays in the background. A few hours later, everything is ready, and the party hall is looking amazing. The table sheets are white and pink, and the decorations consist of Blue, Pink, Green and Maroon colours. As evening falls, and its nearly time for the guests and the birthday girl to arrive, Po dims the lights and puts on the disco lights.
Po: There is time till she comes so why not dedicate a few special words to her?? (All approve of the idea) Ok then Jasmine, you start off...
Jasmine: Sweet as Heaven and Hot as Hell
Rajah: A wild flower, rare, beautiful, and surprising
Po: Her natural yet subtle beauty truly amazes me
Carl: Extremely polite, generous & kind, the one and only
Russell: Russell's Lover!!! 😆😆😆
Everyone gives Russell a weird look and he looks embarrassed!
Russell: (giving a nervous smile/laugh) erm, and together she is:
Suddenly, they hear a car approach and realise Saher is here. They switch off the disco lights to make the room dark and wait for her to come. Saher approaches the party hall nervously and gently opens the door.
Saher: Hello? anyone here?
All: (Jumping out from their respective hiding places and scream in happiness) 🥳 SURPRISE... 🥳
Saher is pleasantly surprised and they all party away all night long.
