The show is lacking somewhere..

Chidiya ghar..during its first year..the show was great..with some really good moments including all chracters..be it gadha prasad, babuji, ghotak, mayuri, koyal, gomukh, maina and all..

Agreed! There is definitely something not quite right with the writing lately. I hated that Gadha Prasad's long awaited return was wasted with Balram & friends - it was just several days of cheap physical humor and so boring. There is nothing great about Balram's character so I don't understand why they even brought him back. Isn't he supposed to be in jail anyway after the last time? I ended up forwarding most of those episodes.

Now the current track with the salesman is just cheap & in such poor taste! It made me cringe as soon as Mayuri decided to hide the supposed dead body in the fridge. 🤢 Since then I've just been tuning in to see if this story is over yet & turning it off as soon as I see that it isn't. YUCK! What has happened to the quality of this show?! 😕

Agree with all of the above! My father stopped watching because Mendhak irritates him so much. Even though I try to be loyal, I haven't been able to make myself watch this show for the past few weeks. They are going to lose all of their audience if they don't fix things soon!

Yeah, I agree. The shock is lacking these days. I don't think it's because of the exit of Shilpa. The new Koel is doing an equally good job, but the storyline is so stupid and pointless sometimes. With or without Gadhaprasad, the storyline is lacking and that's why it's so boring now.
