Do not provide phone numbers unless you are sure. If its a wrong number imagine the situation of the real owner - being disturbed by number of calls from crazy fans.

Also, stars have more than 1 number. Soem for personal use and one for fans. They usually cant answer the phones themselves and its difficult to get them to speak.

If you are keen you will have to try other routes such as getting an introduction or meet them up in public functions
