Really? You think it will bomb? I think the movie will genuinely suck, but we have enough audience willing to watch their sexual fantasies unfold live on big screen. Also critics may like it all together too.

But Bhansali should realize...sooner than later that the non-Gujrati janta is overdosing on Garba...and if he is making the movie just for himself then that's a totally different story...

When he is doing so much out of his comfort zone with the boldness and rowdiness, how I wish it wouldn't remind us of all Hum dil de songs and the gujarati setback... I am worried for Ranveer. 🤔

As for the topic - I think that the trailer was so impressive that the disappointing songs are leading people to think this will fail, which doesn't surprise me since people had predicted it was going to he an epic fail before even the trailer came out 🥱 . I think the buzz for the film is adequate, the promotions aren't overbearing and GTFO like other movies this year have been so the curiosity factor still remains, hopefully they don't go overboard with it once Ranveer is back in full form.

I think this is SLB's game changer as well as for the lead actors and my instinct says that whatever the result will be commercially - this trio is walking out with someone larger (can't pinpoint what exactly either critically or some commercial appeal)

If there can be punjabi rap songs in every other movie, what is the issue with an occasional gujju movie? It definitely breaks the rut that is bollywood.
