the point is not mazloomon or muslimo...point is as a ruler he has to do some arrangements...should call the subedaar of effected area...but he helped just on personal basis... cvs didnt go in depth ...they can show it that he call for responsibles after giving his jeweles... fakir was collecting things voluntarily but actually this is the duty of officials

yes, the subedaars might be corrupt! he might inquire into it later, or this is just like today's time and age where people still do fund raising to add to the budget approved by the government!
