Anyone help!!!

Hey guys..

I have a huge problem! 😕

Since last night my mobile HTC ONE X could not capture WIFI internet.. Neither at home or in college!! 😭

I checked everyones phones in my home and they all are using it without any problems and same in college... It's only MY phone!

Any mobile experts who can help me with that?? It will be a HUGE help!!! 😊

Hi. Yeah, that happened to me once before an didn't really know what to do but you can try these:

1. Go to settings and go to the wifi section where all the connections r displayed. Check if the connection u want to use is displayed. If it is then long press it, there might be something called authentication error, if there is something like that try it again.

2. Go to the browser/chrome load up a page and then trouble shoot. That might get u somewhere.

If none of that works go to a htc service centre and ask abt it. Hope this helps!
