Reporter: What inspired you to make Qubool Hai?
Gul: Movie Saw. I created QH for indian tele audience to get feeler of SAW movie with muslim background
Reporter:What is your favorite shooting locale
Gul: abandoned factories
Reporter: what is the meaning of your name?
Gul: it means flower but you know what I only like thorns.
Reporter: In current track you are showing Zoya as a commodity, you said she is your alter ego, can you really tolerate such treatment if you were Zoya?
Gul: Did I say Zoya is my alter ego?!? ...oh gosh I meant Tannu, I got mixed up with my characters names, thanks for pointing it out. I stand corrected my alter ego is Tannu.
Reporter: what is your message for young women?
Gul: Get married at the earliest possible opportunity...other goals can wait or can be forgotten.
Reporter: what is your fav dress?
Gul: burka, I love to be in disguise as I am facing death threats from al qaeda for making fun of Nikah
Reporter: what are basic underlying rules of Nikah and Talak
Gul: not now as I am currently busy in researching underlying rules of Fatwa ...apparently some muslim country issued some Fatwa against me for showing muslim traditions in QH that never existed.
Reporter: what are your comments on gang rapes in India
Gul: Rapes are prevalent in India as most of the women don't wear jeans, which may help them to run fast and escape the rapists. Change your perspective on jeans and bring down the rapes.
Reporter: What is your fav pass time and why?
Gul: browsing Forum 32 to know how I am making my viewers feel good about themselves by knowing they have better life in comparison to pain the leads in my show go through.
Reporter: what is your message to QH viewers?
Gul: QH main logic less twists anewale hai ...dekna hai tho dekho.
