I don't completely disagree with you. But, when have we seen her taking a stand against all those who call her dark complexioned and bad names? I mean, why go further? Raziya in some of the very initial episodes kept reminding Nikhat and shireen about nikhat's complexion. Did she ever try to say anything? NO.

So, Nikhat is not completely innocent here.

I agree that this family is just messed up.

its very easy for people to say she should stand uo for herself but everyone is not born with self confidence, it has to be built , n if since childhood noone has encouraged her or made her feel better about her complexion how is that her fault? she was raised amidst people like razia and shireen who in a way feel ashamed that nikhat has this complexion obviously the mindset would develop like this only of her as well. how really do u expect someone to suddenly bring the confidence to speak out when she has seen all her life people taunting her n disrespecting her nher family because of her? can u imagine how she must feel when people disrespect her parents because of her? noone all her life has tried to make her strong how does she become strong by herslef? she is not an orphan , she will become what her parents made her.

and about committing suicide, i'm not justifying her action, but sometimes people break down and shatter and they are unable to find a solution to their problems and thats when they feel that ending it all is the best thing which of course is wrong but times can be bad for everyone so please do not be so harsh in condemming someone just because she is not strong enough.
