I have a question in my mind, when I have processed marriage certificate of mine and my sister, I have to go to the court and give the details to the authorized person who will make certificate. he will made me chk all details twice, and also instruct to send the person who can verify all the details in any case I might not able to collect it, and then also if the registrar finds details mismatching with other docs, he will reject those papers, and ask us to sign and do all the procedure from the beginning. This is the procedure to register your wedding.
Are the same kind of rules applied to nikahnama too, if so, then Qazi knows zoya as daughter of some mr. XYZ, and he married Ayan to that lady, and he will mention all those details in the nikahnama aslo, as he don't know Zoya as being Zoya Farooqui. So when this truth comes out that the name mention is different from the sign done,wont they ask them to resign the papers, or re do the procedure all over again.
This is not only something related to ASYA but I want to know this for my personal knowledge. If anyone knows please help
