Arghhh! I wrote you a long reply and then it refused to post so now it's gone ): Anyway, it's a little bit of both haha I was busy with work, but QH is also leaving me slightly uninspired and sad to write. About the bad news thing, looks like you know me well enough now haha. Glad you liked it anyway, kisses and all!! (:

Do you have any idea how perfect you are with this kiss scenes.. I remember the Mangalpur Madness Asya in jungle kissing like their is not tomorrow. You depict the madness and passion which a kiss brings with it. Madness and passion of Asad to possess her as his, Madness and passion of zoya to submit her to him, how mad she is at him still letting him have his own way with her and enjoying it. Well, you are best with whatever you right but I give you a A++ for intense and passionate romance. That makes me love your stories like hell. Because may be somewhere I am a freaking and crazy romantic person..
Love it...Continue soon.Dee

Lovellyy update!
Finally Zoya told him what was up. Asad is such a tease I swear. Instead of clarifying it he's teasing her even more! But I love this side of Asad. Loved the last part, to show her how affected he really was by her.I know this story is coming to an end, but I think you should really continue through the nikkah! You are such a good writer, it would be a shame if you didn't. Or even start a new FF on maybe life after their nikkah? Definitely don't stop here! :)
Okay...STOP...I did NOT expected this update. 😲
Dekhiye an update is always more than welcome lekin aisa update... Its after 10pm here and I am reading this super romantic wala update and I am getting all kinds of gutter feelings and thoughts.☺️ Aise mein how can I sleep?!Maybe you need a reminder (I also need a reminder...) 😆"Paas nahi aane deta? Agar yeh paas nahi hai, toh aap hi bataye ke paas kya hota hai," Asad replied delicately, before closing the gap between their lips yet again, taking her upper lip between his in a soft kiss. (Highly romantic...blushing like hell. Kaash we had a visual of this scene) ☺️Stop kissing me okay, it messes with my brain (Don't stop kissing her. Yes, it messes with my brains as well and it gets me into this gutter wala mood, but NO don't stop kissing her)she simply couldn't resist him if he was going to kiss her like that (Seriously chick, you have to be inhuman if someone can resist being kissed like that. I can't for sure) 😆😳the strong and rapid beating of his heart against her skin. This couldn't be the response of a person who was unaffected... right? (I loved this!!! That gesture was sooo romantic. Loved the way you chose to make her understand by a gesture rather than in words...haiyee) 😳Green ji, seriously. This part is one of my favorites. Romantic, cute, sweet and light. It really made me feel better. Aur kya suna chahti ho...blushing like hell, a huge smile on my face while reading, prepares me for dreaming about AsYa etc etc.Thank you sooo much. 🤗Tum saach mooch mein ek bahut achi mood mein thi. Allah kare aisa mood baar baar aate rahe... 😆
Asad had pulled away a while ago, and he had even let go of her hand, but Zoya hadn't moved at all. She kept her palm pressed against Asad's chest, as she marvelled at the speed of his heartbeats. She looked up after a while, to make eye contact with Asad's smouldering gaze. He finally pried her hand away from his chest and dragged her back to the bench, sitting her down first and then taking his place next to her.
"Mujhe kuch dikhaana hai aapko," Asad said, as he stretched his leg out and tried to pull his phone out of his pocket. Zoya watched silently, no longer in a rush to go back in. Asad scrolled through his phone for a bit and then passed the phone to Zoya.
"After discovering the video recording where Tanveer had confessed about her bad intentions, I happened to notice another video in my phone too, which I hadn't seen before. I watched it, and now I want you to see it," Asad explained, as he pointed at his phone. Zoya nodded slowly, and then hit the play button on Asad's phone, her curiosity growing.
The video started off a little blurry, and then her voice rang out: "Let's take a photo together Mr Khan! It's an important day today, which we can remember as the day you learnt to let go. And I helped you!"
Zoya frowned, finding that statement vaguely familiar from somewhere in the recesses of her mind. The video cleared up, and hers and Asad's faces came into focus. She had her cheek pressed against his muscular upper arm, and he had his chin resting on top of her head as they grinned beamingly into the camera. Zoya noted that Asad did not have a shirt on, and she was wearing a sari blouse, the pallu completely missing from the video frame. She gasped, suddenly realizing that this was a recording from the night before they woke up in Asad's bed together!
She turned to look at Asad in shock, and he just nodded knowingly, tilting his chin towards his phone as he urged Zoya to continue watching. She turned back to the phone but their faces had disappeared from the frame, and all that could be seen was the room's black ceiling fan against the white ceiling, completely still. The sound of thunder erupted from the phone.
Zoya was about to ask Asad what more there was to watch when her voice rang out from the phone again: "How is it that your arms are so muscular Mr Khan? I have always wondered, since I never see you working out,"
Zoya blushed at her own audacity, finding this question vaguely familiar as well. She listened intently to the conversation that ensued about Asad's muscles, her cheeks turning a deeper shade of red with each passing second. She heard herself making her standard comment about Asad's chest having a stone not a heart, but with the words stone and heart reversed. She looked up at Asad again, realizing that's exactly what she felt now too, after having rested her palm on his chest just minutes ago. Asad's voice rang through clearly, as a reply to her comment: "Yeh bhi aapke wajeh se Miss Farooqui. Aap agar mere zindagi mein nahi aati, toh shayad mujhe kabhi bhi pata hi nahi chalta ke mere seene mein patthar nahi, dil hai,"
And that's when it all came rushing back to her, memories of that night. She shut her eyes as she remembered kissing Asad's face after he ate the apple, and then changing into that orange sari, but unable to tuck it in. Then she remembered getting Asad's help, but ending up on the bed instead. And then helping Asad remove his shirt, telling him to let go. And then all that she heard on the video recording, along with the fact that she was kissing his torso in between their conversation. It all came back in a tumble of memories, and she opened her eyes again, gasping a little as she turned to Asad, who was staring at her intently in wait for her response.
"Aapko bhi sab kuch yaad aagaya?" Zoya asked in a whisper, still trying to digest what had happened. Asad nodded as he took his phone back from Zoya, dumping it next to the forgotten coffee mug on the bench. He took Zoya's hand in his and stroked her knuckles gently.
"Sab kuch. And also the fact that nothing happened between us that night, because we'd just fallen asleep next to each other after that," Asad replied, as he raised her hand to his lips to kiss the back of it. But Zoya snatched it away suddenly, leaving Asad thoroughly confused.
"So that's why you showed me this? So we can go and tell Phuphi that nothing happened? And we won't need to go on with this nakli nikaah," Zoya concluded, the lump in her throat reforming easily. As much as she was happy that Phuphi's misunderstanding would be cleared and she wouldn't need to leave on Friday, she was still heartbroken somewhere deep down inside that the nikaah was no longer going to happen, nakli or not. She swallowed calmly as Asad nodded in reply, confirming her fears. It was all over now.
"You're right, we won't need to go on with this nakli nikaah. Because whether we tell Ammi or not, having a nakli nikaah is totally out of the question. Jumme ko nikaah toh hoga. Par nakli nahi, asli nikaah," Asad said confidently, and smiled a little as he watched Zoya's disheartened expression slowly disappear as a bright dimple-wala smile took its place. He pulled Zoya towards him by her waist, and dropped a kiss on that dimple he was always so enthralled by. Zoya returned his gesture by pressing her lips against his, lacing her fingers in his hair as she did.
A drop of water fell on Zoya's cheek, and another fell on Asad's nose, making them instinctively pull away from each other and look up at the sky. A flash of lightning danced across the sky, as a roll of thunder followed in quick succession. Asad and Zoya turned back to each other at the same time, laughing heartily as the rain began pouring on them, drenching them to the bone.
Yet, neither or them made any attempt to get back indoors, choosing instead to reach for each other and involve themselves in yet another kiss, as water trailed down their faces. Why should they hide from the monsoon, when the monsoon is the reason they had gotten where they were now?
Asad gathered Zoya closer to his body, as they found warmth in each others company, kissing and laughing as the thunder continued to roar in the background. If there was one thing they knew now for sure, it was that life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
