Ok. If zoyaan happened now, what are the rules for asya nikkah

Wow !! Conflicts with the answer . I could be wrong but to my understanding .. Isn't it the elder brother only has that right given to Ayan .that is.. if the younger brother is no more . Anyway the track seems to be getting interesting . Some religious customs in every religion is very biased to women . It needs to be addressed and changed . But as we can see a simple misunderstanding will start a war. We have proven this with our opinions . By now the writers should have a wake up call .
