No i don't think they know as of yet the marriage is invalid, they think that it happened by accident. In yesterday's episode, Siddiqui clearly mentioned that marriage has happened they have to accept it.

Will have to watch today's epi to see what prompted Asad to say what he said. Asad is shown a man of few words, but those few words always carry weight.

Don't know much about Islam marriage, but have seen in movies wherein the heroine says a haan to someone else the and marriage happens. As regards the rest, contract marriage, and haseena bi drama, it is yet to unfold, so can't really agree or disagree with you. SOrry I don't know your name.

I am a staunch Asad defender too Gita...but this time..he is wrong...in fact if a woman says that she did not intend the Nikah..it becomes invalid that instant...and it is a rule...no paper..no document needed...the intent has to be there...

And I am not Asad defender, I started watching this serial for Zoya and still am watching it for her only.

But looking at the Asad bashing, I thought I would present my POV. BTW have you watched the episode or are relying on WU.
