Billu is massaging Gopi and then starts doing a UP style massage to the song Pinjari Wali Munniya. The constables start dancing in the background, but everyone stops when CC comes in. Everyone gets to work.
A man walks in and says "Madam main aa gaya hoon aapki shaadi main." CC slaps him, but he says that this is just his taqiya kalam and he is a bachelor. Billu hugs him, but CC calls him back. He says his name is Ratan Rastogi and his marriage isn't happening because his father made him take a vow that his marriage will be done with lots of celebration because it wasn't done for the past 3 generations. He says that his Mosa and Fufa are always fighting so he can't get married. Billu asks to do the case as he sees his future in Ratan and CC says to bring the Mosa and Fufa tomorrow.
CC is out doing a round when she sees a girl crying with a guy standing in front watching. CC goes over and slaps the guy and says that he is eveteasing the girl. The guy is Vipul Roy (the new inspector of chowki). The girl's brother fixes everything and she goes out to get the goon who was actually eveteasing the girl.
In the chowki, 3 men are caught dancing in Genda Gadrali's area and one of them turns out to be the Commissioner. He reveals himself and says he went there on a secret mission, but Gopi and Billu caught him there. Billu says he won't forget anything because he never forgets anything. Billu forgets and thinks he is an old man and Gopi is a pole.
Then the Commissioner gets a call that a new inspector is coming to the chowki, Bhola Pandit (Vipul Roy). The Commissioner leaves telling them to tell CC.
Later, CC comes in and Gopi and Billu tell CC about the new inspector coming in soon. CC is glad about this, but Gopi and Billu aren't. Then Bhola Pandit makes his entry chewing paan. CC and Bhola Pandit realize who both are. Gopi and Billu salute him, while CC is looking a bit tense. She says sorry about the slap. Billu and Gopi ask what is behind the sorry. CC and Bhola go into a corner and Bhola asks CC not to tell anyone about the slap else he won't be respected. CC agrees and both go back. Billu and Gopi keep asking, but CC gets angry at them and tells them to get to work. Then she salutes and Bhola thinks he's about to get slapped. Both look a bit worried again. Bhola goes to find his cabin.
Later, Gopi and Billu are playing marbles in the chowki. They get angry and throw the marbles. At that moment Ratan brings his Mosa and Fufa into the chowki and all 3 fall on the marbles. CC comes in behind them. CC gets angry at Gopi and Billu and then asks for the introductions. One introduces himself as the Mosa, AP Agarwal, and the other is the Fufa, Umesh Rastogi. CC tells them to become friendly so that Ratan can get married. They disagree and CC sends them off and tells Ratan that they'll think of something. Then CC says that when men go out to eat and drink then they entertain themselves and she tells him to entertain them together.
Bhola is heading out of the chowki, but his motorcycle doesn't start up. CC who is also going somewhere and asks if she can help. She offers to try, while Gopi and Billu come to watch secretly. Bhola says it won't start, but CC starts it up. Bhola is left shocked.
Precap: Gopi and Billu are planning to get rid of Bhola. Billu says that the real bomb is not being found after he forgot and put the fake one in the storeroom. CC gets shocked when she realizes where the real bomb was and slaps Billu.
