BOI: Satyagrah is a FLOP

Satyagraha fell badly collecting 7.75 crore nett in week two taking its total to 54.50 crore nett. The film is looking at a 57 crore nett finish. FLOP

whatever dude... people trashed the film even before its release, still it did better what you guys expected n predicted...

Now that makes SENSE.

People don't realize how big of a release Satyagrah was. Only C.E got a bigger release this year. It was playing everywhere and all the time and yet only collected <60 Cr. You put any film and I mean any film on 3500 screens and 10 Cr is guaranteed and that's exactly what happened with an opening that looked decent but was really only 35% occupancy.

Taran Adarsh is an idiot and this is exactly why BOI is the best in the business. They might not always give out the verdict that you'd like or match the collections of the producers but they won't insult your intelligence either by calling a complete disaster, above average.

Movie was good...actors were good..huge release...still flop..wonder why???
