is it possible that the community nikah isarranged in QH for the people with disability like they can not talk just move their heads

according to me even if maulvi sahab asked for details they can not give original otherwise they would be caught.They may say to Qubool hai to different names or just move their heads and will return before disclosing who they are...

Are they married then according to islam ...

Can gul show this fake marriage a real one...
