We spotted a cute picture of Shah Rukh and wife Gauri hanging in his Film City room on the sets of Om Shanti Om.

Sprawled across the photo frame were the words: 'For the best couple'. Inquiries revealed that one of the KBC3 contestants had gifted him this snapshot, and Khan had happily put it up in his make-up room on Farah Khan's set.

Apparently, SRK is constantly flooded with gifts and trinkets that participants from all over the country bring especially for him. And the perfect host that SRK is, he always makes it a point to receive them graciously. Sweet!

Tusshar Kapoor

By his own admission, Tusshar Kapoor says that he hasn't championed too many causes. But recently, the actor lent his voice to a short film for an NGO related to cancer research.

Says Tusshar, "Cancer Aid and Research Foundation is a certified Indian NGO that's planning to construct a hostel for cancer patients. In the course of time, they also want to expand their fight to help develop a cure for the disease."

This is the first time that the actor has done something like this for charity. "It was all for a good cause and I really hope people watch it. It will really help the institute," he adds.

The other day, we spotted Nach Baliye winners Hussain and Tina at a Bandra theatre braving all the crowds to go watch Salaam-E-Ishq.

While in the lift, Tina made a real spectacle of herself trying to call her NB choreographers Harshal and Vithal. Since she couldn't get through to them, she exclaimed rather loudly how badly she was trying to get in touch with the duo much to the chagrin of the others in the lift.

Tina dahling, unless you've been living in a ground floor apartment you would know that most cell phones don't have network coverage in lifts. We wonder what that urgent brouhaha was all about. Perhaps to do a quick jig for the others in the lift?

Sing aloud with Annu

Annu Kapoor has teamed up with Juhi Parmar for a new innings of Antakshari on Star One.

Those who have watched past seasons of the show will be familiar with Annu's penchant for hogging the limelight from his female co-anchors. Several ladies have come and gone, but few have been able to match up to this motor mouth's eagerness in grabbing all the attention.

So we really wonder whether Juhi, who is anchoring for the first time, will be able to hold her own in front of Annu's histrionics (one antic includes crying at the drop of a hat!)? We'll just have to wait and watch as the show makes a bid for the Limca Book of Records for 24 hours of non-stop antakshari.

Sudhir…? No, it's Arjun!

Last week, when Sudhir Mishra went on the sets of Jodha Akbar to meet set designer Nitin Desai, it upset the film's director Ashutosh Gowariker. Like several other directors in the industry, he prefers to maintain a closed set with glaring signs that read 'No Visitors Please'.

After that experience, we figured the Hazaaroon Khwaishen Aisi director would stay away from all film sets (other than his own) in the future. But then we spotted what looked like Mishra on the sets of Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om too. What's more, he actually looked like he'd developed a super hot bod overnight!

Alas, a closer look revealed that the lanky gentleman with the long, salt 'n pepper hair was none other than Arjun Rampal! Apparently, that's his look in the retro film and he's none too pleased. But when it's SRK and Farah, he's just going to have to grin and bear it, no?
