Episode 360 Discussion: 26th August 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

as expected, some tears, some "tumne kyun etc. etc. " , cute hugs, and all forgiven and forgotten..no questions asked..nahi ! yes questions asked ! RK asked her every little detail of what Sultan did...but is it of any use bec. he still can't guess that Dipali may be involved..but then, if the hero heroines are this intelligent, there will be no vamps and serials won't drag na..

anyways, RK becoming a good buoy and not asking any questions , the scene was rushed but brilliant...his words of reassurance to Madhu were soothing...and Madhu ko ABHI darr lagna shuru hua hai..cool Madhu ! RM back to their "kismat kya bhagwan bhi humein alag nahi kar sakte" kind of dialogues..i remember he said the same a month back..and he was the one who believed Madhu tht she doesn't love him..*cough* * cough* ...I dun care, I'm SO exited for the climax RK's dialogues were awesome today..as usual...

Madhu and Bhai's phone call lasted for 10 mins 🥱 seriously dude , exactly what does he think he possesses that makes him say these kind of dialogues..Crime master Gogo !! "ha ha ha tumhe kya lagta hai ab main woh karoonga jo TUM kahogi" 🤣 what else was he doing till date ? khud se kuch kiya hai kabhi ? kuch socha hai? he's smart enuf to think that Madhu is not lying but doesn't ask her how is she talking to him when RK has locked her up ! "main aa jaata hoon Madhu" , phir aaya kyun nahi abhi tak ? pehle divorce phir kidnapping, woh bhi RK ke saamne...freaking crazy guy ! villaingiri dikhane ka perfect timing..

I found Radha and Bittuji's scene to be hilarious..the way Radha was acting, mujhe yahan rehkar apna dimag kharab nahi karna etc. etc. was cute ..she has no idea what's going on bas may be she knows she was fooled...

Sikky's jokes were hilarious too ! all of them ! 🤣 his get up also..."RK wasted my day" 🤣

back home, biwi and pati have a cute good morning moment and I love RK's attitude..badi problem ko chota samajhna is the key to solve the biggest problems...really nice to see both of them together , smiling and RK was looking extra cute ..

back home, RK instructs everyone to act like a happy family as media people are coming ! cool ! what a way to fulfill Madhu's wish of celebrating Janamashtami with the family 👏 and keep his plan in action..awesome !

Precap, Dipali is testing RK 🤣

Expected kind of episode because all forces are directed towards the 'big day'. Things are moving quickly.

RM Scene- Why did such an important revelation move so quickly, is my question??? Are we going back to those days when tracks would be wrapped up in a day or two?? I'm not complaining at all, this track is the longest ever, in the history of MBEIEJ. but this was an important scene ...is my whine. 😆

So RK does ask a few questions about how Madhu could make this decision so easily, was their love that weak? But with so much tenderness and two hugs in between, that when Madhu starts explaining herself, I believed it! After all, we were made privy to all her efforts to make people believe the SUltan was alive.😆..Anyway, woh sab chodo, nothing matters except that they're together in this plan and someone is going to say 'alvida'.

That someone calls up...Madhu does'nt want to take his call..🤣, after all these days?? Anyway, all bloopers maaf, keep reminding myself. Finally RK hears Sultan, hears him say ...mera paas aana hoga, tumhe aana hoga. BTW, Sultan does'nt believe Madhu, her dahi handi plan is way too smart, he guesses correctly it has to do with RK...a film of his😆. Umm, in his own schizoid, hallucinating mind, he thinks Madhu is his, and RK has taken her away from him??!! Enough about him already! otherwise I'll start calling names.

Rji is more interested in celebrating Janmashtami, than trying to solve her domestic crisis. Madhu asks RK to agree, and he does. Funny scene where RK stops her from sayiing 'ILU'. Me thinks it is his own way of teasing her for saying she loves Sultan..😆

Madhu prepares for Janmashtami. Family arrives. RK instructs everybody to behave like a family, because he's called the media. As usual, Madhu is over excited and almost reacts to Rji's excitement. . DIpali watches carefully. RK mentions divorce, and she is happy.

pre-cap: Madhu's expressions when she gets possessive are spot on. And RK, when he fights with Madhu,, he allows DIpali to get touch feely, and he's made up, he pulls his hand away. Chalu kahin ka...

After a long time, I was eagerly waiting for todays episode. The story proceeded at a great clip - by the end of it all, we're already at Janmasthami prep. And while the scene between RK and Madhu wasn't overly dramatic, what struck me was the subtle emotional quotient of it all - the loving relationship between the two was highlighted quite effectively.

A gentle RK confronts Madhu. Who cries and hugs him in relief, that her burden has been relieved, that she doesnt have to hide the truth from him, and that he will now take care of the situation.
Loved RKs words asking her, lovingly, at what point did she lose faith in him, at what point she lost faith in their love (that a lowlife like Sultan could pull them apart.)
RK is touched yet again by her devotion to him and firmly resolves to checkmate the creep. Declares that he will extract payback for Madhus tears - with service tax. Makes some references to Chaal she aur maat 😆
Yet another phone call. LV perched on the stool in the dark sinister godown growls his displeasure and threatens Madhu again. Blah blah blah. He doesnt buy her story, knows that RK is probably behind this all, but is sure that he will win the game and carry Madhu off (yeah right)
Loved RK and Madhu clinging to each other, reaffirming their love for each other.
The next morning, Radhaji, frustrated that the cozy family retreat isn't happening, demands her phone back, and wants to go back home for Janmashtami preparations. Bittuji checks in with RK, of course.
Adorable scene with RK and Madhu in bed. Madhu persuades RK to let "Mummyji" come back. She is still not completely confident about them emerging victorious over LV, so wants to make amends. RK tries to bolster her confidence. Funny dialogue about her celebrating Kamsa etc birthday the following year.
Bittuji and Sikky make a good pair. The repartee in the car was cute and funny.
So Madhu the bahu has gotten the puja preparations in full swing by the time a delighted Radhaji arrives. Clearly Mangesh and Patil are not the only domestic staff in RK Mansion.

The Precap: Yucky suspicious Dips making the moves on RK, in front of a fuming Madhu (and everyone else??)

I felt that the whole episode was so rushed that the emotions and feelings didn't sink in at all... Infact it looked like RK, Madhu, Rji, Bji sab ke sab wanted things done quickly without a tehraav in the any of the scenes..

Am not complaining as I want the track wrapped up in a week but then the RM scene was supposed to tug your heart strings but it almost became a blink-n-miss type scene with the hard-hitting dialogues instead of a softer emotion that I expected...

I guess it was a matter of my expectation gone wrong😔 or may be should watch it once again..

and the Sultan-RM phone conversation stretched for god-knows what reason!

ETA: Why the love ka fast?

He said this bec. Madhu was scared that Sultan will kidnap her and they may not see each other again ...toh indirectly he asked her to say i love you to him yest. when he will chuck out Sultan of their lives and Madhu's faith in him is restored..😆 theek hai na..enuf of parting speeches we had...

It was rushed Zoya but I expected it...I knew RK will neither be angry with her , nor will he ask any questions...after knowing the truth, when he asked her and let her go, i got a hint from there..he knows everything, now his priority is to throw this man out of their life..in parts , it was emotional..RK was not sure that they will defeat Sultan..therez an air of uncertainty but he's confident and he doesn't want to appear broken in front of Madhu..i specially liked the end dialogue in which he said that this time which they have with them, they will love each other this much etc. etc...after that song, they should have stretched the scene a little longer but others will say we're a sucker of RM romance and in emergency situations also, we demand SR's ... we're gone cases 🤣 i liked their morning scene ...also, after this BIG threat from Sultan that he will kidnap Madhu, they were peacefully sleeping in each others arms, that was something ! 😆

I liked the episode...was hoping for a super like but No .

Ughhh...why do they need to rush through such an important episode with RM whereas every other Sultan and Madhu scene is not treated the same way 😡. Expected RK to scold Madhu in the beginning...no the moment Madhu hugged him he forgot everything 😳😆. I have concluded I won't feel the same emotional connection with Rishbala like i used to till the king of clunkland leaves the show. 😭 But he is leaving and some more episodes to go to have my old RM back 😃.

Madhu's incomplete ILU sounded like IR's music to my ears after all her Sultan jaap 😳. RK looked so young and handsome in the morning scene and Madhu looked fresh after so many weeks. 😳 SM looked very pretty in that green Saree.

Hopefully they won't disappoint us with the face-off RK and Sultan and his exit like they did with the much hyped RM confrontation today. 😒 And hope with the celebrations around and Pallavi Purohit back to MB everything is worth waiting and watching.
