Bollywood stars are in demand in Hollywood more than ever before. Close on the heels of reports ofSonam Kapoor auditioning for Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, comes news ofDeepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut and Chitrangda Singh auditioning for a role in Fast & Furious 7.

Interestingly, the brief for scouting talent was 'someone like Deepika Padukone', reveals a well-placed industry source. As it turns out, the makers of the franchise were looking at Bollywoodactors for the role of a science and technology expert, a significant character in the pacy thriller.

"Considering the brief, Deepika was the first to be auditioned, before she went on her holiday," revealed our informer, adding, "Kangana and Chitrangda were also recently screen-tested for the part. The producers wanted to keep their options open as the movie has been scheduled to release next July."

In coming days, some more Bollywood actresses will be screen-tested for the role.
