SRK: Smoking Pot Is Not Being Free

Controversy is Shah Rukh Khan's middle name. And while it has been a great year for SRK, with Chennai Express breaking all records, SRK says he has never felt victimised and can take it all. In an interview to Filmfare, SRK says that he has learnt to develop a thick skin against slander but not be oblivious of it.

SRK says the price of fame is that everyone takes everything you say and do, a bit too personally. And that he says comes out of the love fans have.

Shah Rukh also says at his position it is important to be able to say, €œI don€™t know€.

€œI€™ve asked Rohit Shetty while doing Chennai Express, €˜Kaise karoon yeh scene, I don€™t know, tell me what to do€™. We are scared to go wrong. Downfall is part of life,€ adds SRK

At 47, SRK says he still has a zest to win and is shameless about the fact that he loves awards and hasn't won any in a while.

While Khan says he is celebrating his age, Shah Rukh also says the modern generation may be perceived as free but,€œSmoking pot or doing drugs in not being free€.

Khan adds, €œSaying that €˜I am my own person, I am moving out Mom!€™ is not. Yes, if your mom tells you to move out then that€™s being free".
