I don't understand why Madhubala creaters are misguiding Audiences of MB.
One can not simply go and get Divorce. court has some rules too
1) you should and must married for at least for 12 months, even if they lived apart from day 1
2) Divorce can be applied from the place where they got married or from where they lived together as couple
in extreme condition one can apply for annulment of the marriage within 12 months but couple have to prove that they did not had any physical contact during this period.
Even after applying for the divorce the court always try to reconciliation of the couple first, A judge won't say you will get your divorce in few weeks,
In this serial Madhu apply for divorce within 2 month of the marriage which is highly impossible. Tv serial creative team should know court rules first before creating these kind of illogical plots 😕
