gauri's character is actually weak

when we consider that gauri is a primetime serial's lead character played by a very talented actress named pallavi subahsh,we may be deluded that gauri's character is very strong.............as claimed by the promotional articles.

but if you consider gauri as your next door neighbour and get to learn:

1)the sweet girl gauri has been taken by her rich uncle to mumbai where her marriage has been fixed with a well-to-do employee .

2)but on the day of her marriage her fiance' betrayed her and ran away from the marriage.gauri was married off to her rich uncle's spoilt brat shiv.

3)later it was revealed that the breaking of her marriage with shashank was preplanned so that gauri gets married to shiv who has a kundali dosh.shashank was bribed to run from the marriage by the master player nikhila.

her hubby was good enough to reveal all the secrets to her and di give her opportunity to walk out of the marriage and be saved but she came back.(blunder1)

4)and to add to the fire,shiv ,her husband,still continues with his extra marital relationship with his child hood sweetheart.

gauri has got innumerable opportunities to spot them together,but she's blindly in love with shiv.(blunder2)

now as a neighbour what you'll feel,gauri was such a fool to not to understand the repeated dhokas:

1)nikhila's dhoka...............well i admit that she's such a mastermind it is hard for gauri to read what's in her mind............but after she came 2 know about her badima's true colour she should ahve given her some lessons.

2)shashank's dhoka:all this while they were so deeply in love with one another.and she could'nt even understand that he was just a pawn in nikhila's game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3)shiv's dhoka:firstly the marriage itself..............and secondly his relationship with ipshita

4)ipshita's dhoka:she is both her "very good freind" and "the other woman"

now how can someone be given so many dhokas?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one has to be very alert .otherwise every1 is bound to decieve u.

so we can very well conclude that her character is quite weak,from a real pint of view.

on top of that,contrary to the modern belief,in which a girl's education and proffessionalism is given so much of importance,here we have gauri,who is very less educated,so much that she's refused job at most places.

and probably that is the reason why she is not very alert.............considering the instances where she would escaped getting trapped if she was a bit careful...like a)she went to save palak like a fool.going to a hotel room all alone. b)going to deserted constuction sites to save shiv(natesh episode)

LOVE IS NOT JUST "LOVING SOMEONE BLINDLY"..BUT HAVING COURAGE TO STAND AGAINST WRONG!

AND TO DIE LIKE THIS...................IS SAME AS COMMITTING SUICIDE WHICH IS CONSIDERED TO BE A SIN............SHE SHOULD HAVE THE COURAGE TO RESPECT LIFE AND DO GOOD JOBS THAN TO DIE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS JSUT WAITING FOR HER TO DIE.

I'M SORRY TO SAY..................BUT I FIND GAURI'S CHARACTER VERY WEAK.

xcellent analysis click2! thats exactly my view, indeed gauri's character is weak, to believe and to trust so much is pure naivety, and it is too far fetched from real life.

if somebody like that was my next door neighbour, i would beg her to grow a backbone.

as for her death, i have said before i would very much prefer an emotional death for her, were we could see, her emerging a strong person to fight these injustices, bringin on a duplicate/same shakal twin does not sit well with me. she has still died not knowing the full truth.

I completly agree with u all. Gauri is a loser of first order. I think everybody shld respect themselves first as an individual. God has given this life as a gift and therefore we shld value it. Not to such stupid things like wasting it on such worthless pple. Gauri is a loser and will always be.

i completely agreee with u,she is ready to give her life for those ppl who does not love and betryaing her everytime and cheating on her.
she love shiv a lot who has com to her life when she must be around 22-23 but what bout her father and sister who r with her since she was born and were with her thru every thick and thins,dont she love them ,she does not want to live for them and to support her sister education and her father who has lot of debts to clear.
she is weak,she is not thinking about the ppl who really love her.
after her consummation with shiv and then shiv told her that it was a mistake,still she trust him. 😡 😡

very well described.....agree her character is not strong she is a sweet girl blindly in love with the guy who is her husband......but this is the way indian girls r....they feel the person they r married too r God & what ever they do its correct.
but for sure i don;t want gauri to die she should know shiv's & ipshitas story what kind of person they r...& how she has been cheated

i still find gauri a strong character.....she never said a word to shiv when he was mean to her just because of her father....she married a man who didnt luv her for her father's reputation....tat shows loyalty. she had the power to turn shiv's hatred into admiration and maybe even love. she stayed with shiv knowing tat she was gonna die...tat shows courage and strength. she had the will power to over look mikila's betrayal....not blaming her for anything.....not many people can do tat. and she welcomed death with open arms for shiv....name me some1 who is capable of doing tat. i think that her quietness is mistaken as her weakness.
