Happy Independence Day to all Indians!!!😃

Today is a really special day for Indians, it symbolizes unity and freedom!

So here is a little speech I wrote on progress of India after freedom! Hope you Like it!

66 years after Independence, India has progressed a lot from where it was. But the question is has it progressed enough? How has India settled down to the democratic system of governance? Are Indians using their rights properly and following their duties?

The politicians are as recent revelations have told us misusing their power. They are corrupt and create unrest and inequality in the country. This corruption is the biggest hindrance to the progress of the country.

Undoubtedly, China, Korea and Japan have progressed much more than us. This maybe because of their education system. Our education system does not have fair testing. Also, English is a big barrier for many children. All these countries teach children in their mother tongue. If we were to do this too, our children would do much better in whatever field they choose. It is not good to make English medium the norm for all.

But despite all these problems, India truly deserves her freedom and the Indians deserve to enjoy the freedom!

After getting freedom India's not the country which it used to be in the history. The felxibility of making decision ruined after the last Mughal Emperor.
Though the soldiers gave their lives to protect this country and the great leader gave everything for it's development nothing changed.
The world wars affected every country but everyone emerged out of this but India reamained on the same step on which it was.
After getting betrayed from the Britishers we are again bowing our heads in front of them.
Though we call it a democratic country but is it what democracy is? Is it what you give the citizens in return?
Educational institutes are not properly developed and when the shining stars go abroad to study we call it a brain drain. Tell me who wants to see their future ruined?
In the past 20 years or so India's development has gone down the line. Let's see China as an example the developmental growth in that country is just mind blowing.
Our neighbour coutries are in a much better position than us.
it's not like metropolitian cities decides the future of a country, every man, every women, every child helps building a country.
If the pace of corruption will be like this I can see India standing on the same postion in the coming 20 years.
Truthfulness and honesty is all we want.. A pure country that is we want.

This is what I think.. our opinions may differ.
