hurry about Star Plus'
Saraswatichandra seeing a change in
production house.
Yes, the change has happened and
Sanjay Leela Bhansali Productions
has bitten the bullet. The great SLB
might have realized that film and TV
businesses are a different ball game
altogether.
Though having a high budget, great
minds and an enviable cast, the
show never really set the TRP charts
on fire.
Hence, the inevitable has happened
and instead of shutting the venture,
the channel has decided to pass on
the buck to another production
house.
So SLB is out…who is in?
As per reports it is another big
name in movie business Karan
Johar's Dharma Productions. But
guys…the news is as true as
Manmohan Singh getting out of his
silent mode.
Tellychakkar.com has learned from
highly placed sources that it is
Sunjoy Wadhwa's Sphere Origins
which has got the responsibility to
up the ratings of Saraswatichandra.
Said a source: "The deal is almost
final but you never know last minute
changes. For now, it looks Sphere
and channel is expected to make it
official in the next couple of days."
Sphere Origins currently produces
Balika Vadhu on Colors and Crazy
Stupid Ishq on Channel V.
We buzzed Sunjoy but he remained
unavailable.
Gautam Rode aka Saras too
remained out of reach whereas
Monica Bedi aka Guman had no clue
about the development.
