Many rumours of another ouster from the show Balika Vadhu. Some time back, the erstwhile lead actress Pratyusha Banerjee had left the show. And now, the next one to be reportedly quitting the show was Sriti Jha, who plays Ganga - a married woman who had been a victim of child marriage followed by domestic abuse.
Speaking exclusively to Dailybhaskar.com regarding her rumoured ouster from the telly soap, the actress said that she is very much a part of the show, and so far has no plans of leaving. "I was not in Mumbai when this rumour spilled over everywhere. I just returned yesterday, and wish to make it clear that I will continue playing Ganga in Balika Vadhu," says Sriti.
In the upcoming episodes of the show, Ganga will succeed in attaining freedom from Ratan Singh (her husband) at the divorce hearing.
