Hey
I guess such ads come up more on chrome , which browser are you using? If its chrome please try using some other browser and let me know the outcome , If the problem persists I shall forward to technical DT.

Hey
As per technical DT ,unfortunately the ads coming in IF are not in direct control nor pre-screened by them,But they will report the same to Google which handles the ads in the site.Hopefully that should reduce such ads.
