Seriously some1 help me please. Where can I discuss if something like this happens???

read d entire post patiently b4 u jump into conclusions.

I hav watched so mny serials b4. Inbtw I stopped watching tv so never knew abt ipk then. After a longtym I watched QH. It ws a diff concept & liked it. searched for asya on YT & ended up watching arshi accidently. [edited a bit here 1ly]

k let me come to d topic. I used 2 watch geet b4 & liked it. But never was crazy abt it & actually left it halfway due to other personal reasons. It ws d last serial tat i watched. 3 shows from d same ph happend consequently. I find similarities btw all 3 shows. It is not wrong in using d same concepts 'old wine new bottle'. what s d big deal in comparing shows? y it leads to bashing always? isnt it possible to discuss the positives & negatives of the similar shows/scenes in a healthy manner??? i like this show/jodi/actors. u like another show/jodi/actors. Is it wrong to have favourites, is it wrong to share ur favs & is it wrong to bring up such things? do v hav anyother place to do such comparisons? hw to interact esp wen u r new. I ws always a silent reader. i opened an a/c recently.

Though i knw iam not supposed 2 do dis i wanna share dis. else i wl go mad seriously. Its been itching me since i watched d scene😕

sterday's ep QH: I didnt find asad's salman act ott too. It was really cute - a man truly & madly in love😉

sterday asya had their mitwa moment undr stars. Every gal wants a lover who does such things for her.

really a beautiful moment. but unfortunately my heart goes only to arshi. Their heart2heart talk under stars & uniion of 2 souls

i wanted to see asya scene again. but no online links for qh :( unfortunately i didnt find sat retelecast too today:(

Asya's wasnt consummation, so in no way it can b compared with arshi scene. Still there is a similarity which i like to share with ipk fans & qh fans.

Is it wrong❓

I am gonna tell u frankly 1 thing whether u agree r not.

IPK was a better love story than QH as it was an intense love-hate story.
QH is a better drama than IPK as it has so many parallel tracks.
One is not lesser than the other in terms of the qlty. just the love u hav for one differs. i feel u shld respect one's love & appreciate the qlty of the other in a healthy way. y ppl think it is to create a war btw qh & ipk fans? (my earlier post exp)

i am really sorry if i had hurt any f ur feelings. I really dont know how 2 discuss with u guys😕

I posted the same in IPK forum too:

Problem is not the discussion of the 2 shows but the comparision b/w the actors which ultimately leads to bashing.😊
Anyways I did not watch IPK so I cannot comment on anything else.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion.

The similarity between the "Under the Stars" scene was extremely superficial though. If you take it at face value and just consider the whole "stars" aspect, then sure it was similar. But the context was different. That being said, the production house is the same though. If they can recycle clothes and posters, then ideas are bound to overlap as well.

As for IPK being a better love story. I really don't know what you mean. Is Asad and Zoya's love marginalized because they didn't hate each other enough? Because you surely can't have a problem with the love aspect in the love-hate relationship.

Stars pe kisi show ya movie ka copyright nahi hai 😆 many girls have wishes of walking under the stars or moon and so on, its not just IPK or ArHi, so any movie or show that now has a scene with stars being projected is not copying it off IPK, because IPK also didn't do an original. So its not about how similar two scenes look, depends in what scenarios they are.

Two shows can be discussed but why compare, when the show you're talking about is over now. It would make sense if it was yet on air.

Hey... i know both the shows are equally good, and yes ipkknd was more intense...my personal opinion is that asad and zoya dint have to do intense scenes, even if they share an eye lock i feel butterflies in my stomach!! the fact is that without doing much of intense or intimate scenes also they simply rock their chemistry... im not saying arshi was bad... i liked arshi also but in my opinion asya are the best... moving to scenes or story.. i agree with you.. ipkknd was pretty much good... both are good in their own ways... and ipkknd is off air so.. its history.. lets not compare with a serial which is currently off air... both are different and unique and ipkknd was only love story where as qh is a total family drama in which love story is a part of!! No offense to anyone... this was just my opinion 😊 PEACE😊

Most of the time these comparisons lead to bashing of shows, actors.. I did not see IPK scene till yesterday, but after seeing I did not find similarity between them.. Context, execution was totally different.. And many movies, serials have used this concept..

AsYA yet did not do as intimate scenes as ArShi because they are not yet at that point in their relationship but for me AsYA chemistry works more than ArShi..

Also QH lovestory works morefor me and I admire it more than IPK.. IPK love story was between Khushi and Arnav"JI".. and that "JI" used to bug me a lot , they were never in equal in relationship, but QH love story is between Mr.Khan-Ms.Farooqui,relationship of equals.. How much I wished at least in last episode Khushi would have said "Arnav".. Asad-Zoya had shared their pain, they actually talked to each other unlike Arnav-Khushi.. Only in beginning they used to hate each other a lot , does not make love story intense, Arnav was brat, indecent and Khushi was doormat.. The way he opened her dori in first encounter was not appreciable.. Asad did mistakes, he slapped her, but that time he was going through trauma, its still understandable than Arnav's behavior which was just out of hatred.. Still then, we got proper redemption from Asad which I never got from Arnav..

Bulding and journey of relationship of AsYA is way better than ArShi. ArShi had good chemistry and only romance saved that show.. Character growth, redemption, relationship growth was never shown properly..

Just my POV

Agree with U .

I don't know why people compare?

Do you compare between two children brought up by the same parents...we shouldn't na..each will be dear to the maker😊

I love IPK...absolutely was mad about everything about it...and I had initial reservations about QH...(As I had about IPK too)...but I think Gul has recreated the magic.

Yes, it is not an INTENSE LOVE STORY...in spite of that, AsYa has managed to capture us...theer in lies the brilliance of the maker and the actors👏

On the star scene, like U said Arhi was consummation , this was not even 1/10 of that...in spite oof that, the scene rocked👏 That is the difference between HOTNESS and CUTENESS...AsYa can be as sizzling as Sarun, but they are written differently so far.

Personally, I feel IPK looks more interesting to people because of ASR's characterisation...the whole lamb and lion scenario is very appealing...here, sometimes the roles are reversed😉

Currently, my loyalties lie with QH, even though I drool over ArHi when I come across them...there is so much more than a love story...it is about father- son, father daughter, half- siblings...a lot more of beautiful drama, exploring every facet! 👏 Both are classics in Indian television, belonging to slightly different genres - I am glad for U that U watched IPK!😊
