guys... we actually have no idea what the truth is!! who ever surbhi is dating (or not), ... thats her personal life, i know as fans we are curious, let me tell you...whether she is single or dating... what ever it is im sure once she finds her partner , she will reveal it, atleast to her fans!! and yea surbhi is going no where shez soo much fit for this industry, she has a long way to go,so wait and have patience... shez going no where, we will get to know as time passes!!! 😊
