I don't think Zoya's fifth wish is about finding her Abu.

I could be wrong but it might be more towards "my would be husband would ask for my hand from my father" OR "she would be given away by her father (rukhsati)".

I don't think the 16 years old Zoya would wish her husband to find her Abu..but all the girls dream of the guy who would go and boldly ask for the girl's hand/be given away by the father to the husband! So it's either hath manganay wali wish or rukhsati...

Her 5th wish has to involve her husband too..and rukhsati/asking her hand would be more logical than just "my husband would find my Abu"--again, I could be wrong but that's what I feel!

What do y'all think?

i first felt that it would be He accepts my Abbu, but yes its a Husband's To Do List, why will Abbu or finding him come here to?

Hence i guess its 'Ask my hand from my Abbu'

Nikkah has to happen..that's the only thing Asad wished for...if it was "find my Abu!" then Asad's wish of nikkah isn't gonna come to pass any time soon...I think nikkah will happen and proper rukhsati would make more sense...they could delay the consummation this way too!

Hey, thats what i was thinking too. I mean we know she craved for her dad all life, so either it should be her first wish and if not then, cant be last..

All her wishes are cute 16 year old love struck teenager girl's wish so even if it realted to her dad, it would something on lines you mentioned. Else the whole list is bit OTT..

Honey ... U r right... As the wish should involve her husband too but in her case he must first find her abu right...anyways...the wish is definitely related to her Abu, as the BG music proved it...
