Do you guys remember Najma's wish from meteoroid. She wanted to reduce weight. if that's not the case she asked Allah to send someone who will accept her for what she is.
So, i think that she is not ready for love/marriage because of her weight. that's the reason she is worried after listening to dilshaad and zoya conversation.

After so many days i started watching QH 3 days back. Again I'm loosing my interest with the spoilers flowing around
PS: during 1st time Asya wedding Mishti said marriage will happen and after few days she updated the spoiler that marriage will not happen. I wish, this time also she will come with updated news that marriage will happen this time. i know I'm sounding 🤪
