I really thought I wouldn't need a character sketch and I could just give one through my work, but since there is so much confusion about my main characters I will give a sketch. It was due to my shortcomings as a writer that you guys had a problem understanding some of my characters, so here goes :

Character Sketch.

Khushi -

#She is from a middle class family. She was brought up by her Buaji after her parents died. Khushi has always been a happy-go-lucky person. In college she had a great group of friends and also fell in love with a handsome boy - Shyam. [Boy here signifies someone inexperienced or immature like an infatuation basically] Her Buaji didn't know anything about Shyam.

#Khushi is impulsive and fickle-minded. She has a difficulty making big decisions in life and because of that she faced major problems.

# Khushi can sacrifice anything for the people she loves. She is self-LESS and very giving. She lost her love and yet she didn't blame Buaji, not a single day. She cried. She felt hurt and suffocated in her new life but slowly grew used to it. She is kind at heart and she reciprocates the way people treat her.

# Khushi is caring and very emotional. It doesn't take too much time for her to realize when she is guilty. She tries really hard to make amends. Her heart is clean and she starts afresh. She hates lying but she does lie for the sake of others and when she's caught she apologises too. She accepts her mistakes and doesn't lie further to hide them. She doesn't repeat her mistakes, atleast not intentionally

#Khushi is not selfish. She is generous and she thinks about others before herself. She knows that her actions will affect other people and so she does what she does. She has that in mind. She cares about Shyam even after marriage because he hasn't been able to move on and she knew that it was tough for her too. She had Arnav and so she wants Shyam to give Anita a chance. She wants to start life afresh.

I hope her character is clearer now.

Shyam -

Shyam's character is not very complicated. He was madly in love. It was everything for him. His girlfriend married someone else without telling him. He couldn't take it. As he was trying to cope with his loss his mother dies. He breaks down and he can't handle it anymore. He decides to take revenge. To make her jealous with a motive to get her back. He runs after her. He lives in denial. He can't help himself because he is so obsessed with Khushi that even he doesn't realize. He needs help but he is alone. He needs someone but no one wants him and the one girl who does isn't the girl he wants.

Shyam is obsessed, determined and bold. He stands up for what he wants. He tries to take it until the very end. His end.

It's not very difficult to understand but he has a positive side too.

# He loves Khushi and would never hurt her.

#He tries to make her understand by talking and not physically.

# He is only human.

# His love is the only thing that makes us feel for him. He is his love. He doesn't care about anything else.

Arnav -

Arnav was in a dark place but now he is independent and as close as perfect as you can get. All of you see his positives and understand it really well but what about his shortcomings? But he has negative qualities too.

# He bottles up his feelings and frustrations so when it comes out he loses control.

#He is over-hardworking. He needs to learn time management. He doesn't give adequate time to family, probably because has never had one.

# after he lost Anjali he started to keep to himself. He stopped socializing he just because a workaholic and even after marriage he wasn't able to give Khushi the time she deserved. He does listen to everything she says, he never tells her no, he has all the money in the world to fulfill her wishes but emotionally he takes very long to open up. Lack of emotional attachment. Lack of an effort to bond.

Anita -

She isn't just a girl next door. She is independent. She is self made. She made her parents proud. She is a very firm decision maker. She believes in money power and has not been a very emotional person ever. She stands up against wrong and supports the right. She cares but is very strong on the inside. She has a lot of strength and she uses it to progress in life.

Anjali -

Her character will be introduced in season 2 and so that's when we'll talk about it.

when I thought she behave mature and understand things but alas she is selfish woman, I just want arnav left her asap urrghhh its getting into my nerves.

Please go read the CS I just posted. Please.😳 And what is the connection between dancing and being married?😆 I understand she and Shyam have history but she was just dancing and even Arnav was dancing! 😆 Please do read my note on pg 75 and the CS I posted on 78!
