I think Zee Tv pays only the production house and not the actors of the serials!Actors often leave their serial beacause they get other interessting offers from others production houses. For e.g, Ranjeev Khandelwal left his serial on star Plus to do Time Bomb on Eee Tv!
Also,actors get bored with the same kind of dramas so they want to do something new!For e.g, Ankur Nayyar was fed up with Reth( A family drama) so he left and now he's working for Sahara in Kohinoor(Action thriller drama)
