We've seen many shows where women are forced to marry for whatever readon. For the sake of romance on the show love does blossom but in reality there are women who cannot love their husbands as a result of forced marriage. Veera has done something different where a woman was forced into motherhood. While I hope one day Ratan will love Veera as her own I can see her reasoning as to why she doesn't have the love in her heart to give.

I believe that like marriage, motherhood should be a choice. And society has progressed to give women rights such as abortion or adoption of they choose not to be a mom. What are your thoughts on forced marriage and motherhood? (Please lets not make this a debate about Veera and Ratan)

I think motherhood should be something you decide you want and FEEL it, its your choice - everything in life has to be your choice.

I dont mind abortion and adoption (depends on one's view on it) if you dont want a baby, then abort it (bear in mind its not killing a human, coz the baby is not human yet) - it makes sense, and why not - no point bringing a child into this world if your not going to love it or treat a child well and with humanity instincts, and yes there is the other option of adoption, (just like adoption and ppl you want to adopt its their choice)

I do however see why Ratan cant fully give herself to Veera, its not just coz she is someone's else but alot of other stuff has happened in this situation and she cant be her mum if her heart isnt in it, yes Veera is family but just not mother-daughter relation is there yet
