Hmmm.. well..there is a post stating the possible ending of TKTG and that it will show MLS having a terminal illness and thats why what hes doing hes only doing to keep the family together and marrying off hetal because she is his last responsibility and that they only tie between sharda and him is friendship through the supporting of the ashram.
Now.. that is a possible end i guess... since we can explain his trips to banglore as a trip for therapy or something and thats why bhaggu was supporting him, because he knew the true cause of MLS's trips. Sharda is probably someone he met while he was there and they became friends and thats why he was helping her from his crazy husband.
BUT
what about what faiba said at the starting of the show? she said that there is a reason why MLS is like that towards women in particular, and them explaining that would make a much more understandable and realative ending. see, the entire show has been about women's rights in society as a whole through the example of the shah house. and for them to add a retarted twist that mls is only like that because hes dying??? doesnt make up a good enough excuse as to why hes like that towards women. also, wouldnt he teach his sons to learn how to make their own decisions rather than to live dependant on him? if the ending posted in the forum IS the end.. in my opinion it'll seem as if they couldnt think of a better ending and wanted to just finish it off, and in a way, it'll be a disappointment.
