Episode 335 Discussion: 27th July 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Thanks to the return of the one who is unbearable I'm back to skipping half the episode!

Anyway PP makes his point n exits, leaving the rest to gather the pieces! Madhu's acting all high n mighty even if it was with Dips, did not sit well with me! Considering how her stupidity has ended up in digging the grave further for RK! Spare me dialogues like how RK cannot bear to see his mother cry n all! Oh Please he's been the sole reason for her tears in the past 2 decades, so what's changed now, just bcoz he's in jail!

The only thing notweworthy in the 1st half of the episode,( I don't venture into the Sultan half of the episode) was RK finally taking off his rose tinted love stilted glasses n asking Madhu to back off from his case! If he had gone into lovey dovey husband mode n comforted that obnoxious wife of his today, he would have been answerable to me! And then the rise of the undead happens n I return to WU's!

ETA: Soundarya After ur take on the Sultan half of the episode I went back n watched it! The only conclusion I came away with was I still hate the guy as much as an antagonist as I used to as a GHG/parallel lead. His gloating in dulcet tones, had me dozing off! And as usual his logic beats me! How does he equate an RK forced by him to shoot him n then surrendered himself to police and himself who started killing forced by circumstances and continued it as a profession in cold blood by his own choice! Please explain how does that make u two at the same level! If anything it points out the glaring difference between the two of them!

His act as a creepy villain is little too much far too late, to get earn him any cookie points! I just want to see the end of him n not a fake one at that!

Precap: EEks! 🤢My skin's crawling after watching that one! Sick man get off her n get off our show!

Saturday episode...difficult to do a review with JDJ in the background😆.

Court room drama continues. Marathe establishes the case against RK. Patil steps in, states irrelevance of whatever Marathe has mentioned, and pleads for a chance be given to RK, to prove his innocence. Judge grants 2 days. RK storms off in anger, does'nt stop to talk to Madhu or Bittuji. 👏
RK mansion - Madhu wants to fire Patil, asks Bittuji to contact all the powerful people who they know...politicians etc. Reminded me of Manyata Dutt who did the rounds of Delhi to plead for leniency for her husband. DIps tries to add her two bit, Madhu dismisses her like a fly. Bas Madhu, issi ke saamne chalti hai...OUT, LEAVE...etc
Paddy's expressions still looking off...totally disinterested in fact.
Jail scene - RK is furious understandably and asks Madhu to stay off the case, because she's getting too emotional, taking wrong decisions.

I have to admit...best scene today, Sultan-Madhu (i am not biased, see, I am not biased😆)

Madhu gets stuck on the road, car breaks down. She takes refuge in a small house near the road while she waits for the car.
Feels uneasy, restless...right enough she turns around to find Sultan alive..hale and hearty. I did'nt understand the first dialogues though...dagabaaz aankhen? Madhu's? She is the dagabaaz?? fool, delusional fool.
Madhu literally squeaks...Sultan..tum zinda ho?😆
Sultan explains the whole drama...how he provoked RK, RK got provoked, eventually shot him, but the bullets were fake. And remember that dolphin jump, he used the same skills to fall into the water, came out alive😆😆. And, and he tells her...he wanted to show her, under provocative circumstances, aadmi can become jaanwar. And RK fell, he became a jaanwar. (but he was called jaanwar long time back na😆)
The whole scene was quite terrifying...his perfect plan, successfully implemented.

Sultan did a great job today👏. He should have been given this kind of role looong ago. He looked really creepy, his dialogues were slimy, and totally scary. True antagonist. Bu too late, I guess he's on his way out...🤣 (because I still hate his character, let me make it crystal clear). Itna simple sa formula dikha nahin to hum kya karen??

Story moving along. That is good.

In court: Madhu admits publicly that Sultan did all this to obtain her. Wonder how she felt while she said it - admitting that a disgusting lowlife gangster had the hots for you is not exactly something to be proud of.
When Marathe says that it was a clear-cut murder case, Dips and Sikky smirk. So Dips is ok with RK being collateral damage in her vendetta against Madhu? Or does she think that Sultan is going to succeed, RK will be out, and she is therefore counting her chickens?
"Open and shut case" has now become "complicated case." So only two days guys for the verdict! Can we hope for this to be all wrapped up by next week?
Marathe was really good as the cool crafty insidious lawyer - no wonder he is a top criminal lawyer. Still feel like he's in Sultan's pay. Madhu confronts Marathe pointing her finger at him (never mind that he points it right back at her.)

RK Mansion Madhu's back is to the wall now. She's starting to demonstrate some spunk and gives it back to Dips (who has the look like she knows something Madhu doesn't.)
Padmini: Feel like they just included her because they had to include her (otherwise we would be saying - where's Padmini?) No dialogues, no de-briefing with Madhu, nothing.
Loved Bittuji's steadiness in all this.

The Jail: RK is really angry with Madhu for compromising her principles, and compromising the case. He doesn't even make eye contact with her. He asks her to stay out and let Bittuji handle everything (small detail - wasn't Bittuji also part of the bribe debacle?) Which makes me feel like if Madhu has a plan going forward, she might not clue RK in.

Journey back home: Yet more car problems in the Kundra fleet. So the driver is also being paid off by Sultan? Kya zamaana aa gaya hai! I was actually spooked by that in a strange kind of a way. Reminded me how much we women are vulnerable to sinister machinations of creeps. The driver was sleazy - he could have well been delivering Madhu to a man who would harm her. He's gone to get water. Its pouring cats and dogs, can't he just gather some rainwater? Or is he looking for distilled water?
Spooky feel to the setup, then in a stunning turn of events, lechy Sultan shows up. He gives his pyscho stalker dialogue. Seemed villainous enough. Too bad they didn't start him out as an out an out villain. As it is, I cannot stand seeing him anymore. Only forced myself to watch because of all the spoilers on Madhu's plan to turn the tables, and then waiting for the time the man will be consigned to the nearest water body.
So close, yet so far - apparently during the gun fight Sultan did land in a water body, but - made his way out. Grr...
So he wanted to show Madhu that RK can be a jaanwar? Ok. Right. Whatever. And wants the chance to show her that the jaanwar (himself) can become an insaan? Ho hum.

Despite having seen the spoiler, I was still spooked by the scene. And yes, I agree, the fact that Madhu is going to use herself as bait will be hidden. She also says, main apne aap ko jhuka doongi par tumhe something something...very indicative.

Sapna mera toot gaya of seeing a smirking RK as Madhu runs towards him in front of Sultan after fooling him about her intentions.😭. I was thinking of the Khakee scene when Aishwarya runs towards Ajay Devgun, in front of a stunned Akshay Kumar (though AD was the villain, and Aish was the villi or mole)

pre-cap: Tumhara Sultan???Kab se?? Does he always live in a dream world..schizoid type?? This guy deserves a kick ...yuck, yuck

My advice to those who haven't seen the epi yet..please don't see it.It was total crap.

During the court room scene when PP was saying all those things to Madhu n for a sec or so the camera shifted to Padmini ..n her expression was how the hell I'm related to this person..it was one of pure disgust.
I really had such a strong urge to slap her so damn hard.
CV's get rid of her if she is gonna remain the same.

Next scene when everyone leaves the court n only Bittu ji,Madhu n PP were left.When Madhu was talking to PP I dunno why but a felt a determinatin in her to prove him wrong.But that's good. I feel that maybe after this small reality check she has a lil bit of her brain cells activated.

RK Mansion scene:
Madhu trying to do some damage control.When Radha ji was crying Padmini was just sitting there comfortably on the sofa. I mean really ..this is the limit.I had to take deep breaths to calm myself otherwise mere tv ki screen ko kuch ho jata.

Madhu meeting RK in jail was a tolerable scene.I understand that RK is angry with Madhu n maybe a bit shocked but he should'nt have been so outright rude to her. Whatever sanity she has ..she is for sure gonna lose it now.

Nd now the most dreaded part of the epi..because Mr.not so golden hearted bhai had to come on screen.Sheesh!! I have never ever hated someone this much in my entire life.
Cut to that damn cottage or hut or whatever it was. Bhai comes on screen n I have to again take deep breaths to calm myself.Did not pay Attention to what he was saying coz it was not at all impressive.Just noted one thing that Bhai is thinking that he is some tees maar khan but he does't know our intelligent RK yet ;)

PS:The *beep* *beep* *beep* bhai is puke worthy in today's epi.CV's get rid of him ASAP.I don't have the power n patience to tolerate him anymore.
On 2nd thoughts he is always puke worthy.

Remember when RK told Madhu that "I can't love like you but I'm going to spend my life trying". I felt today Madhu proved that. This girl is giving up everything- principles, ideals, and perhaps even herself, to save RK. That is junoon wala love, showing once again, no matter how annoyed we might get at RK or how annoyed we might get at Madhu, they only want each and other, and moreover are only suited for each other.
AR- completely suited as a villain- they never should have packaged him as a hero. The menace in his eyes and body language was amazing, and it sent chills down my spine. If he has to stay in Madhubala then let him stay like this- a true antagonist with no redeeming features. He does the role well and it paves the way for TRP increases as Rishbala fight against him.
Liked Madhu talking back to Deepali, no idea what she and Sikky are doing- its one thing to be agents of chaos, but another to shoot yourself in the foot. If RK is jailed, all control goes to Madhu and what do they think she's going to do? Serve them tea?
Padmini- perhaps you can shoot Sultan next? You're aim is proven and clearly you are a better shot than your son-in-law!

Agree... He tried hard to copy RK... But he looked so disgusting... I felt like dialogues were delivered by someone else😆...His act is so C-grade types 🤢

Couldn't agree more, when RK does the gloating it suits him so well! What looks perfect on him, looks pathetic on Bhai! So please leave the dialogue baazi to the hero, u Moronic Villain.
