As far as I remember she didn't. I have to watch the epi again. But he has too.

I think Asad heard her say, "this baby inside me isn't Asad's" ... she did say that line though

so that means he now knows that it isnt his baby and plus if it was his baby he still wouldnt throw tanveer out and zoya wouldnt let him because she knows its not nice to not have both parents.
