line to say, the perfect way to describe the perfect sister; living up to the
title however is the hardest task any sister could take up. Jeevika and Manvi are orphans that grew up at
an orphanage and later moved to their own apartment once Jeevika was old enough
to take custody of Manvi. Since their
childhood they were everything for each other.

and friendship, he gradually develops feelings for her, but the true test of
love will come when he uncovers a secret that Manvi has hid from everyone,
including Jeevika. Will Jeevika be able
to live up to her Ek Hazaroon Mein title when her sister's happiness lies solely
on her willing to go against her sasural? Will Virat be able to withstand the
test of love, and prove the true meaning of unconditional love when Manvi's
secret comes known to him? Is pure love, whether it is from a sister or lover,

The two sisters were miles apart yet still had a connection, a deep connection from the heart. Jeevika had got married a year ago to Viren Vadhera and was very happy with him in Chandighar, but at the same time was sad to leave Manvi alone in Rishikesh. Luckily, Viren's younger brother, Virat and Manvi were enrolled in the same college. Jeevika was relieved since he would be in the same town, and since he lived in the same apartment complex, he could keep an eye on her too.

"Chalo, Manvi tum kabse ladki ban gai sajne mein, itna time kyun lagare ho?," Virat asked as he knocked on her door for the 10^th time. Manvi glared at door and threw her shoes at it in frustration. She was feeling a little better from last night and this chep devar of her sister's just ruined her mood. She was already frustrated with her own life for all her broken dreams and his teasing wasn't helping at all. She finally walked out, much to his relief.

"Are, kya yaar, bandariya jaise lagna tha toh itna time kyun lagaya?" he asked pulling her leg a little more. "Virat aaj mera mood bilkul nahi hai, please can we go," she said coldly as she walked towards his car. She had told her sister that she would be fine on her own, but after much insisting from her jiju, she agreed that Virat would take her to school and back since they were in the same classes finishing their MBA's. The Vadhera's were more than happy when Viren suggested this since they understood the deep bond that Jeevika had with Manvi. Virat didn't mind as he was good friends with Manvi and liked teasing her, he felt a strong connection with Manvi since his bhai and bhabhi's wedding, they had even become partners. "Partner, tum thik toh ho, aaj subha subha meri madubala itni chup kyun hai," he asked her teasing but with a hint of concern at what was wrong. Manvi smiled at him "kuch nahi Virat, sorry I yelled at you, mujhe bas aise hi kisi baat hi tension ho rahi thi," she said trying to hide the sadness that lurked behind her voice. The silence between them was broken with Jeevika's phone call, "Di, aap kaise ho," Manvi asked forcing her voice to sound happy so her sister would worry. "Mein thik hoon Mannu, did you have breakfast?." Manvi giggled, "Ha meri ma, I ate, that too a balanced breakfast, aap ka 20 questions katam hogaya," she said still laughing. After a while she hung up still smiling and Virat just chuckled. "tumhara bad mood ka instant ilaj, meri bhabhi," he said still chukling at the sweetness of the sisterly bond "Ha toh kya hua, nazar lagauki kya hamare rishte ko," she asked back in her sherni mood. "Are nahi nahi janemaan, ab chalo, lets get to class, nahi toh yeh dragon professor ka aag phir se niklegi, pata nahi kesi kesi creatures ko rakhte hai yeh college," he said dreading his accounting class, but smiled when he saw he managed to make her smile again, he hated her bad mood in the morning, it made him feel weird and worried inside, but he was relieved to see her acting normally again.
