I don't see anything special in this film. It's crap. As an entertainer a Ram Lakhan is better than this. It gets hype now only because it had Salman-SRK together and both stars are at loggerheads now.

Casting of Salman-SRK is the only reason it's talked of. I find it a tedious watch as a film.

I'm surprised about this hoopla over Salman-SRK in recent years. Never saw anyone pining to see them onscreen again or raving so much about KA 4 years ago! Is it just the so called war and media hype which has triggered such talks? It was always evident they'd never work together again except for some special appearance even if they were on friendly terms.

I dislike both KA and HTHS. KKHH is the only film which suited the stature of both these stars.

I thought Hm Tumhare Hai Sanam was excellent 😭

I disagree with your views. I can't speak for others, but I genuinely loved the film. It has nothing to do with the star cast. Just the script, the songs, the execution, the direction, the acting by the overall cast...it was superb!

I've always wanted to see them on screen again post KA, and we did see them onscreen again in HTHS, but that movie didn't have the same affect on me as KA did.

Salman and Shahrukh were brilliant actors in the 90s. They chose just the right scripts which neither of them are able to do so today. Nevertheless I enjoyed KA for the complete package I got with the film (everything mentioned above). Yes the casting had some part to do with it, but not all.

I'm watching it now when I should be reading my textbook. 😆
