Dogs killing...Dogs Fault or Owners???

Hello

Well recently in the news I hav hear of a five year old girl killed by a pitbull terrioer. This is not the first time this situation has happened. There are many time when a dangerous dog had attacked a human being.Buit who's fault is it?? Is it the fault of the dog or it's owner???? Do you think that the dog is responsiblefor it's behaviour or is the owner responsible for keeping the dog in such condition and training it like this to be dangerous??????

Its the owner's fault. When he knows that the pet is dangerous, he must take the appropriate precautions. Animals don't know our laws. How can we hold them responsible?

It is the owner's/custodian's fault. How can we blame an animal? I thought in US we have strict laws against careless owners. There are so many dog grooming and taming schools here. It is an owner's duty to get his dog trained well.

Oh but in the end we are finally going to find a way to blame the dog or the victim

I think the type of pitbull that attcked the girl is outlawed in the UK and this incident just shows how dangerous this type of breed can be.
The owner is at fault since the family knew how dangerous this type of dog is and allowed it near the girl.

Shoot the dog and sue the owner..... 😊

If the animal rights intervene.. feed them to the dog before shooting the dog...😆
