A Strange Tenderness - Sultan and Radhaji

I wasn't particularly interested in the epi today, not keen at all to hear more of Dipali's yada yada and the false drama of Sultan ALMOST seeing the photo and then missing it.

But, but, but - what a lovely little scene that was! Sultan, who has just discovered his mother, is experiencing a very tender and protective side to his own personality. And standing there, while Radha collapses from the strain, he can't bear to see that.

He doesn't particularly like her, in fact he has reason to think that she is selfish and looks out for her own interests first. That her sympathies for Meera don't even go so far as integrity. But he stays, tending to her all night, making sure she's alright. Just basic 'insaaniyat' that extends to a sick. elderly woman that he feels antipathy for.

I would love to see more scenes like this - for instance, how is RK going to react to Aryan when he meets him? And if the roles were interchanged, how would RK treat Meera? How is this strange 'add-on' family going to bond? I'm intrigued.

Can i expect same From RK?...i was remembering the scene where rk cruely told meera that his mother is upset because she don't like meera staying with them, how mean

I have mentioned rk here to draw the contrast between their basic character.

I don't think rk be good with Aaryan or love him or be nice with meera, forget love,he don't have basic humanity or empathy, he is too poor for that,he can only ask for it from madhu and his mother, but when time comes to give, he becomes miser

Nice Post!! :-) It is nice and pleasant to see comments like this on this forum and to see a appreciation of acts of goodness or kindness whether it is from either Madhu or Sultan or any one else.

It was hard to see Madhu being called a "prostitute","characterless" just for helping some one in need for example and then being treated like a goddess once she is back with their fav. and then again being called Sh*tbala the first time her char did not blindly side with their fav.🤢

And Meera char being called a "randi" because they were scared that she might cause pain to fav. char😕😲 they called her all kinds of names, saying who knows whom she slept with and so on.🤢 and taking extreme vicious pleasure in using denigrating words and names towards chars who is not their fav.

There is no sense of decency or decorum in this forum and absolutely no respect for women.

Makes one wonder as to what kind of background they come from, that they can use such horrendous words so thoughtlessly and easily.

So, anyway, nice comment and nice to see a RK/Rishbala fan?? appreciating something good which has nothing to do with their fav.

Very commendable!! :-)

keep the positivity flowing. :-)

Sultan is the same person who said "woh koi nahi hai" to Meera when Radhaji fainted seeing him in their house..yes the scene was tender but it did look forced..why?? because Sultan's character keeps changing so much...he doesn't stick to one thing...he has been rude with Radhaji at multiple occasions but suddenly this transition doesn't make sense...not to forget he ordered his goons to break RK's sets..and here he is being Shravan Kumar to RK's mother...this is the problem with his characterisation...as for RK I don't know what the channel has planned...and its true that they can even show their leads as negative in order to glorify Sultan's gold-plating

Yes, you can expect humanity from RK, yes you absolutely can!

RK and Sultan are different kinds of people. Their reactions won't be similar - but RK will definitely be kind. I agree RK is complicated. He's not sweet, he's cynical, he's sarcastic, he's hard - but if he were around a sick elderly woman and he was the only person around - of course he would look after her!
Even when he was going to be straight with her, he stopped because Sultan was mentally pleading with him not to upset her. So he watered it down and said his mother didn't want them there.

It will be interesting to see Aryan with RK.
a) He's just a kid
b) Madhu adores him and Aryan adores Madhu - they have a very special bond
c) He is the son of a man he hates - and still he is his nephew.

What will that be like? I'm sure RK can't resist Aryan.

Thank you! Yes, I'm a Rishbala fan and I love RK, but I like Sultan too!
I didn't know people were being so vicious! 😕 that's really bad.

I try not to read the extreme views - in my view, they don't have any real bearing anyway.
You know in gymnastics and other sports - the scores of judges who mark the highest and lowest are automatically cancelled for fear of bias? THis is like that - if people can't be moderate and sensible, they're obviously operating from strong prejudice and that makes their opinions invalid for me.

Thanks for the kind words!

I don't think RK will show any love or care to MJ..and I don't blame him for that..

RK is very reserved with his emotions,, he loves only 2 people in this world and he is very clear about it.. He can be kind to people if he wants to, but OTT goodness is not his flair.. Moving on from one person to another person with flitting emotions is totally unlike him..

He was rude to MJ while telling her that RJ is not happy with them staying there, but he was not insulting as he would have been to bhai.. I don't expect him to be all nice, but if MJ is dying or fainting he would not turn his back.. As we have witnessed earlier when he tended to Madhu despite hating her..

RK is human, but not OTT angelic which is why we like him..

A character changes according to the situation, right? Suddenly he felt bad for this woman - it's understandable, isn't it? RK changes a thousand times - and we love him for that, don't we?

I won't worry about channel and leads and all that. The story is interesting and that's good enough. The rest is their headache, not mine.
