Village...

Tabu was lying on the bed...crying...why cant she be normal...why everything was hurting her like this...why couldnt she remember anything...she got off the bed and put her dupatta on her head and turned slowly towards the mirror...She has to do this for dai jis sake...or she will notice how worried Khushi was and will be upset cause of it... She put the dupatta on her head and tried to breath normally...and telling herself..Its Avnis wedding and im going to enjoy attending it...

Just then Sarpan ji entered and Tabu ran out to greet him...HE saw her red eyes and asked..Are you alright??

Tabu... im fine, I just have a headache...

Sarpan ji...i should take you back to the city hospital...the doctors can help you with that...

Tabu...no im fine... I mean its the sun...nothing else...

Tabu smiled...a strange thing had happened...when she was visiting the doctor in the city...her heart beat had increased suddenly..and she had touched her heart...what was happening...why is my heart beating like this...unaware that at the same time Arnav had come for his check up but they had missed each other...She was in the doctors room and he had passed the hall outside..feeling the same heart beat...their hearts and souls searching for each other...passing msgs...

Sarpan ji seeing her tensed, teased her and said... and what are these words ppl are using around a lot these days...what the and dammit...do you know anything about it...One of her teacher had complained...but Sarpan ji had laughed it off...he was a nice, jolly and a loving man...

Tabu had blushed and said...Let me make a cup of tea for you and heat the food...

Sarpan ji...no way I can look after myself...go next door and enjoy yourself...dont sit in the house alone...dont think too much child...all will be fine...trust in God and enjoy...run now...

Tabu smiled and ran next door...

Dai ji saw her and called her and made her sit next to her...All the girls were dancing and singing and the ladies clapping their hands... They had made Avni sit in the middle...She looked so pretty... Tabu smiled...and she touched her mangal suthar and was thinking...wish I could remember my wedding...sighing she let her hand fall...they called her...but she refuses...

Next morning...Dai ji asked Tabu to skip school today as she needed her to help Nandani ji... So they both went and helped them get everything ready...

Dai ji... too much work in a wedding...till the last minute, we will be doing something or the other... Tabu smiled...she was still not comfortable with the word wedding...wondering why...

After lunch everyone sat down to apply mendhi(heena design on hands)... Dai ji also sat...she didnt call Tabu, cause by now she had figured it out that weddings and its functions somehow troubled her...so she didnt want to push her into anything...

Tabu stood at the far end of the wall...watching everyone sitting and applying mendhi and chatting n singing...she suddenly felt something...she didnt know what it was...she saw a lady who was applying was free and she asked...whos next...

Tabu pushed herself away from the wall and walked towards her and sat down and said...me...i love mendhi...fill my both hands with beautiful designs...And she got busy in chatting and talking to everyone...her chirpy self again...enjoying herself...

While applying the mendhi, the lady asked her...what alphabet should I put...and out of nowhere she said. LG...put LG...not...not..she couldnt remember what she didnt want to write... LG... the alphabet LG rang in her ears... and when she realized what she had said...she saw the lady writing LG on her palm...Tabu was shocked...she didnt say anything after that...was her brain telling her something... OH how I wish I could remember everything...

Arnavs office...

As usual Arnav was out...searching for khushi...Anjali entered and walked straight into the conference room...and said... thanks for meeting me...i need all the files that the detectives are working on and one that they have already worked on...

Maam, with due respect...i cant go behind ASR's back...i never have and I never will...

Anjali...i appreciate your loyalty towards my brother...but you know what hes going through...he cant think straight and cant work properly...i need to help him...hes my brother...

Maam...that why I cant help you...im sorry...unless ASR approves...i cant share anything...

Anjali...im also ASR...or have you forgotten??

The man in front of Anjali who she had called to meet her and help her smiled and said... Maam I havent forgotten it... But my boss is ASR and you can fire me, but I cant share anything unless he approves...

Anjali sighed... She didnt know Aman would be so hard to break...her ASR mind working full time... how about if I get a letter signed by my brother...will I be allowed then?

Aman knew she only had to call ASR and he would refuse...but he was also aware that ASR was going though the toughest battle of his life...and if anyone could help him...it would be this woman...his sister...so he nodded and said...yes maam...if he gives a written letter...ill give you access to everything you want... Thanks maam for understanding...

Anjali left smiling and saying... im glad my brother has such a trusting man to look after him and his work...She turned back and asked...where is he? Has he taken his lunch?

Aman... NO maam, he eats very little and he must be roaming around the city... why dont you call him...he will ans your call...Sadly he continued...he has stopped answering mine...Call him here maam, I need him to sign some imp papers and you can feed him too...

Anjali did just that... Arnav refused at first...but Anjali was also adamant...She called him to the office and fed him and Aman made him sign on imp papers...

After making sure her bro was well fed, she went home and there she met an upset Shyam... Where were you? I need some money...

Anjali...my bank account...

Shyam cut in...is empty...your brother has forgotten his duties towards his sister...all he is thinking is about his wife...

Anjali...plz keep Khushiji away from this...

Shyam...yes of course..whatever you say...rani sahaba... I need money...

Anjali...im not going to ask chotey for it...when he will remember it, he will deposit it himself...

Shyam...i cant wait till then...i want money and make sure you get it...fuming he walked out the door...

Worried Anjali walked up the stairs and saw mami ji...she was silent..but it looked as if she way saying...see, I told you...

Anjali knew she only had to call Aman to get the money in her account, but she wont...she was tired of freeloader shyam...and after the death of their baby she had noticed that he had actually never cared for it...All this time...he was faking it all...she sighed...i dont think he has even cared for me...only wants money from me...and now he wont be getting any...she went to her room and wrote the letter to get access to the detectives files...she must get this signed by chotey...as soon as possible...she has to know what is going on...its high time she takes interest in this department...She knew it would not be easy, she might have to face same ugly truth...but she will have to do this...to save and protect her chotey...and to find Khushi ji...

Khushi gets her mendhi (henna) done and goes out in the patio and sits under the shade of the tree...totally lost...LG...why LG...She was trying too hard and she knew she will get a headache trying...

Dai ji saw her sitting under the tree and she came close...Tabu was staring at her hands... Tabu...what happened? Tabu...

Tabu looked up, her eyes totally lost... What?

Dai ji... Come my dear, lets go home... And they both went home...Tabu walked beside Daiji...head down...looking at her hands and pealing the mendhi...

Daiji...dont do that...or you wont get a dark color...

Tabu looked at her and smiled and they both went home...

At night Tabu sat on her bed looking at her hands...She traced the letters LG with her finger...

Daiji came and sat by her and put her arms around her and said what is troubling you my dear?

Tabu looked at Daiji and asked...Why ppl write initials on their hands with henna? What do they mean?

Daiji...well...people write their own names initials or their husbands or loved ones and they are hidden and they have to look for it...

Tabu looked at LG and showed it to Daiji and said...when she asked me, I asked her to write LG...why do you think I said that? What does it mean?

Daiji...dont worry so much...its good you remembered these 2 letters...maybe its your name or your husbands...It will come back slowly..dont fight it and dont worry when you remember anything... its a good sign...

Tabu...Will they come looking for me?

Dai ji...of ocurse they will...why do you doubt it? They must be missing you like anything. I should be worried, what will I do when they come and take you??

Tabu looked at her and said... I wont go with them...

Daiji...Ya right...as if they will let you stay here...the min they know you are here they will come for you...believe in this...

Tabu smiled...

Daiji smiled and said...Now sleep and dont worry...we have to be at Nandanis early in the morning...and she went to her room...

While at Raizada's House...

Arnav is standing by the pool...looking in it...didnt hear the knock on his door...

Anjali entered the room and came close by him and said Chotey...

Arnav turned and smiled... He knew his Di was also worried...about Khushi and about him too...and he didnt want to trouble her at all...he saw the tray in her hands and he immediately took it and said... Di, dont carry trays plz..where is HP?

Anjali just smiled and said...well if you join us for dinners, I wouldnt worry...come now sit and eat...

Anjali made sure her brother emptied the plate...and then she smiled and said...I want to talk to you about this wedding...Mamiji has been invited for her friends daughters wedding in her village and I was thinking it will be a great change for nani ji and mami ji...What do you say?

Arnav was half listening to it...hmmm... ok Di, do as you feel best...

Anjali...how about if you also go and if you go I would go too...

Arnav...No di, I cant go anywhere...you go and take Shyam if you want...

Anjali didnt reply...she didnt want to take shyam anywhere with her...he better not know the others were going or he will find excuse and ruin their plan... She must act now and find out more about Shyam and the kidnapping...maybe she will find a clue about Khushi ji...

Then she said... Chotey I want you to sign this paper for me...and she handed it to him...he took it and signed it without reading it...

Anjali took it and said...Chotey, next time dont sign it without reading it...

Arnav looked up to his sister n smiled and said.. Ok Di...

Anjali ruffled his hair lovingly and said...All will be fine soon...dont worry too much.. and she left...

Arnav got up and came by the pool and looked up...and said...Khushi where are you?? Can you hear me...show me where you are...plz...

In the village...Tabu is looking at her henna and tracing LG again and again with her finger...and wondering...who is LG and then she said...yes... plz come and find me...

Arnav closed his eyes and said...I will find you...im coming for you...
